Never going to understand why they stopped making games that look like this. 3D stuff is nice and all, but there's a certain magic in 2D sprite animation when it's done right and if it had the same kind of focus today there could be some Absolutely Brilliant looking games made. 😄👍
Love Darkstalkers! Not sure if someone else mentioned this or not but Felicia is more than just a cat woman. She's actually based on a magic shape changer of Japanese mythology
Fightcade exists... And the newly released Capcom arcade board/stick hybrid (from Capcom) has the first game included, along with around 15 other classics.
The only thing wrong with some characters like Demitri is their defeat stance....always face down, it's weird. At least in the King of Fighters series characters have different falling animations
Would love to see the subsequent entries in the Darkstalkers seriers covered, as well as Toshinden since it has largely been forgotten outside of its diehard cult following.
Yes I’d like videos on the other Darkstalker games in the series. Well done! I’ve owned the psp and Xbox day 360 is a compilations as well as night warriors and vampire savior (Darkstalkers 3) on the Sega Saturn.
Other Capcom-related fighting games are okay, but Street Fighter will always be the number one Capcom fighting game series that started the fighting game genre.
Even so, it isn't the END-ALL, BE-ALL of fighting games. Much better fighting games came out afterwards and have proven to be much more interesting than Street Fighter.
Darkstalkers is still one of my favorite games to this day. i loved the anime as well, i wish they would physically re release it for the PS4 and the Switch

I thought she was based off a poem about a cat lady from Transylvania.
@@heynae2016 there have been a few biographies of Felicia over the years, they're all definitely worth watching
Brilliant video! Please cover the rest of the series in future uploads!
Really wish these games would get a collection
Also there was a collection on Xbox and PlayStation
Fightcade exists...
And the newly released Capcom arcade board/stick hybrid (from Capcom) has the first game included, along with around 15 other classics.
Finally someone talks about this series. Thank you. Of course I want to know more about Darkstalker-series
The only thing wrong with some characters like Demitri is their defeat stance....always face down, it's weird. At least in the King of Fighters series characters have different falling animations
Please make more dark stalkers content! Love it!
Would love to see the subsequent entries in the Darkstalkers seriers covered, as well as Toshinden since it has largely been forgotten outside of its diehard cult following.
I love these videos, I would definitely like to know about the sequel
One of the main inspirations for this game was the looney tunes!
Yes I’d like videos on the other Darkstalker games in the series. Well done! I’ve owned the psp and Xbox day 360 is a compilations as well as night warriors and vampire savior (Darkstalkers 3) on the Sega Saturn.
I love your content man. Very informative and entertaining. I'd love to see a part 2.
I really love your style on these videos mate. Well done Sir!
Theres a rumor that a darkstalkers 4 in development by the skullgirls team
I would LOVE that!!~😄😄😄 In a way, Skullgirls is the spiritual successor to Darkstalkers!~ :D
There IS a 4
@@alternaterealitygamejerk7311 No there isn't.
I look forward to these fighting game overspectives every Thursday!!!
Awesome video dude! i love this game..btw..cool for u in Romania
Love this series, thgm. Keep up the great work.
Thanks for doing a video darkstalkers is my all time favorite video game series
They should make all of the Darkstalkers part of the Street Fighter cast.
Could probably do an entire video this length just covering the game, and character name changes alone from this series alone.
14:31 That design which looks like a very buff Starfire cosplaying Batman really got me lol
I've always liked this Capcom series and further coverage of Darkstalkers/Night Warriors games would be great. Cool video :)
Darkstalkers is still one of my favorite games to this day. i loved the anime as well, i wish they would physically re release it for the PS4 and the Switch
i loved these games as a kid! they were great!
I don't know much about Darkstalkers so I want to see more. Also, I'd love a look at Rival Schools too!
Top quality as always, eagerly await the next entry vampire savior
Every Darkstalkers Entry PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome in my contry broooo Huge like and stay awesome never stop this is entertaining much love to you
Great video :) love the shoots of the castle
Dude , capcom fighter's are my favorite style of games. Thanx for all the capcom videos, top notch content brother.
In some instances Sasquach is a Bigfoot whose race is Yeti according to his bio and Game Fan magazine.
Loved this entry to your series, hopefully you will cover the Rival Schools series next! The 2nd and 3rd entries to Darkstalkers are my favorite 2D fighters. Their potential made other franchises better. 😁
One of my fav fighting games. A very fun game to play.
I got the arcade roms to all three games and play them from time to time.It was a very unique idea for it's time.I would a game like skull girls was inspired by this.
Love this channel! You doing God's work bro! In the future can u possibly do vids on Capcom vs SNK 2, Tekken Tag 1, Tekken 4, Soul Calibur 2, Darkstalkers 3, Def Jam Fight For New York & Thrill Kill 💁♂️
Well done video mate keep them coming!
Please continue with this franchise!
I grew up in the 90's playing Darkstalker's Revenge on Sega Saturn. When the console was gone to his old-doom malfunction, 10 years later I got the Arcade version on my PC, and oh my god, I could play only this game in the rest of my life. Please, review it!! :D :D :D
You could make an entire vid on just Morrigan's appearances. Wait a minute...
