@@catgyrl68 OMG same, I lived in California during middle school in the '80's and didn't understand that I wouldn't tan only burn...I got bullied into frying myself so many times and did end up getting cancer later in life 😑
Did you say you had to powder all over the face to get this to dry down, or did it dry down on its own? I don’t want to have to wear powder, so if it stays wet, I might not like it.
OK I just went and checked it on my hand since I always wear it with powder and yes, it actually dried down really nicely and didn't take too long to do it. I think it stayed a little more tacky on my face likely because I had moisturizers and sunscreen under it adding to the glow. On my hand it is like second skin with a diffuse glow under it. Really pretty!
