I’m trying so hard to understand the plan of the house. Does the bridge lead to the BQ?

The first one is from the entrance door of the BQ to the garage rooftop Pergola area. There is another bridge from the rooftop of the pergola to the rooftop of the BQ. The explanation will be coming up in the next series of videos.
Mr Tony! This project is going fast in comparison to the Kasoa project. I’m enjoying the frequent uploads. From your experience and/or knowledge. Are there any pros to the pre stress beam decking some are doing? In comparison to the rebar method?
The rebar method allows for the maximum quality control of the inspection of the materials to installation. It is quiet tricky to check quality control on the steel used, the cement ratio and at times the installation of the pre stress beams. Assuming the pre stress beams are manufactured well and installed properly with the engineers oversight, you should be fine. Thanks
