    Looking to buy a house in Africa?
    Buyers’ remorse can be a costly mistake when buying a house in Africa. From overlooking important details and getting distracted by the "flashy" details while ignoring the actual quality of a home. Who would buy a car without checking underneath the hood? New buyers may become victims to these pitfalls in their house acquisition process. According to polls, 51% of homeowners regretted something about the home they bought or the process of choosing it. It can be tricky to transition from picky buyer to the happy homeowner but it's possible. Royal Consulting Solutions LLC, created a Buyer’s Guideline to help with the process of sorting out and removing the hiccups in buying a house in Africa. The Buyer’s Guidelines provide you a comprehensive listing of things to review and confirm are in working order prior to buying the house.

    At least you have a structure. This is a fraud case and should be arrested

      The structure is very suspicious. I wouldn't even house my dog in there.

    She ought to be blaming herself as well for this mess. The golden rule: trust but verify. You cannot just send down the cash without verifying the work. Now she has herself a 3 story submarine.

    She didn't hire professionals. And for all these years, she didn't go down to check on her project? No pictures or videos were sent to her?This must have taken years to build. Anyway, two sides to every story. I wish her luck in rectifying all the mistakes.

      Anyone who interferes or sabotages one's goals and aspirations should be regarded as an enemy. Family is supposed to protect, and help you achieve your goals.

      Feel it to my heart. I learnt from others mistake and paid strangers to do my business. Like she said she gave him enough so he would not touch her portion but with some family the more you spend on the the house is the more they think you should give them.

      Secondly people you need to visit your building site yourself!!! You need videos you need to pay a third party to take pictures and videos and for Gods sake trust is for fools.

      It can be done. Unfortunately, most people wouldn't take the advice given. They have convinced themselves of their superior intellect or exceptionality to these predicaments. They have no idea what they are dealing with. Good luck!

    There is not another option, the building has to be demolished, sorry to say but they built her a submarine and it will endanger the neighbour's house and lives. There is two sides to every coin unless her brother is a structural/civil engineer then yes. However, where was her engineer? Arquitect? Spend so much money on a building but not willing to hire professionals? I feel her pain but just by looking at the terrain it looks like its wetland/swamp or waterlog.

    • @4EverHome
      @4EverHome  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You hit the nail right on the head. The whole structure needs to come down. No competent structural / civil engineer will put up something like this. Until people are willing to use professionals and hold them accountable for quality delivery, these nightmares unfortunately will continue to happen.

      Very true most builders in developing countries, think they are saving money in not employing professionals.
