Custard Sauce
6 egg yolks
Milk 450g
Sugar 150g
Divide equally into 3 parts
Vanilla Hazelnut Dark Chocolate
1/3 of custard Sauce
Some vanilla seeds
Whipped cream (38%) 130g
Dark chocolate 300g
Melted cocoa butter 30g
Some chopped hazelnuts
Matcha white chocolate
1/3 of custard Sauce
Matcha 3g
Whipped cream (38%) 130g
White chocolate 300g
Melted cocoa butter 35g
Matcha 4g
Raspberry White Chocolate
1/3 of custard Sauce
Raspberry puree
Whipped cream (38%) 130g
White chocolate 300g
Melted cocoa butter 35g
Freeze-dried raspberry chopped 5g

It doesnt work though, after they pull out the first ice creams it's clear they don't have enough for the outer layer. There is no way the final ice cream will get coated.
I watched this from start to finish, all the time knowing there is a 0% chance I will ever be ambitious enough to make these.

Really easy to make. Ive tried creme ice last year already. The ice itself was super. I only failed at the chocolate later on. Worth trying again this year. Thanks :)

If you coconut oil to the melted chocolate (equal parts) as soon as you dip the ice cream into the melted chocolate it will set.
I loveee rice instead of the hazelnuts in the chocolate one, can’t wait to try this recipe out!

Wow yum and omg yum and perfect lol, those look like the real deal, I adore almond magnums, and most magnums, wish streets company would do hazelnut like these ones, the matcha was why I stopped to look at video, how unique, new it was like a green tea as soon as I saw the video in my page of other random videos. Lol. I like green tea kit kat, had a green tea ice cream once didn't have white chocolate in it tho. When I saw him make this mixture I was like Hmmm where is the cream, in that milk mixture, he put it in after he whipped it,way cheaper to make them, if they don't get freezer burn as they have no packet, air tight containers should work. ☺️🍫🍨🍦

So I attempted this LoL... It didn't exactly come out like this, it wouldn't dip, so I had to butter the bars, but the end result was delicious. Only down, is that mine came out too sweet because I got sweeted chocolate chips, added crushed cookies and biscuff butter with the peanut oil. But it beats paying $4 dollars for just one of these, when you can make 12 of these yourself for half the price, thank you so much!!! 🤗
