I work at a kitty litter production company in my town. We don't turn the powder into the balls, the place I work at gets a truck load of already made cat litter and we package it into jugs or bags, but mainly jugs. We also put lavender smell to some orders if the customer ordered it, but mainly we do unscented. There's 9 stations at my work, (1) someone puts jugs into a hopper and it flips it to face the right way on the conveyer belt. It's that person's job to make sure jugs aren't being crushed while being flipped. (2) the lable gets put on the jugs. Someone needs to make sure the lable is on correctly and undamaged and also replace the lable roll that it comes on. (3) fill station that will fill eight 20lb or 14lb jugs or 20lb bags but for. The bags need to be done one to four at a time depending on how many people are running this machine. This person needs to make sure the material is making it into the jugs, also watching the anti bacteria liquid levels because it's necessary to stop bacteria from growing in the cat box, and they also keep an eye on the person putting jugs in boxes down the line so it doesn't get backed up because if the capping machine gets jammed and it gets jammed all the freaking time it takes longer to put them in boxes if you have to cap by hand. (4) then it goes to the capping machine putting lids on the jugs. It gets jammed or it won't pick up the caps sometimes. (5) put two jugs in a box and press a button on the floor with your foot to send it down the line, it sends two boxes at a time, this person also puts flat boxes into a machine that makes them boxes and glues the bottom shut. A red light and a sound will tell you the box machine is jammed and it happens often for no good reason so you have to reset the machine and it's good to go or you'll have to pull out a damaged box if it smashes it. (6) it then goes through a tape machine to close the boxes. (7) someone puts the boxes on a pallet. This person also watches the tape machine to make sure there's tape, a blue light will come on when it's getting low, they also have to fix the cap machine when someone yells "CAP!" that let's the pallet people know to go fix it and it also tells the person filling the jugs to stop the conveyer so the people putting jugs in boxes have time to put caps on by hand (8) a full pallet goes on a turn-table thing that wraps it with cling wrap. (9) then lastly it gets moved to the warehouse and then shipped to wherever buys it. I've only been working here for a few weeks and it's a great job. I thought I would look up videos on how it's made and I felt this video deserves to hear my story. Thanks for reading!

Hi can I ask is this bentonite classed as baked ? And if it gets wet does it stay as a solid ? I’m desperate to find baked bentonite clay if I could have the company details I will ask myself many thanks
