as someone who have played this build last league... u don't really have to wait for the chest piece to get it to work... but yes the chest piece do make the build felt better... but hey I do the build as soon as I get skele archer and just socketed the gems needed in my tabula lol.
Hey bro, to get the 4th spectre you need to get the gem to level 25, but this is not necessary anymore. Now that we don't have the Turtle Spectre, we only need 3 of them: 1 Arena Master, 1 Carnage Chieftain and 1 Host Chieftain.
Hey bro, it's hard to get an exact DPS value for this kind of build, but take a look here: 00:00 , this boss has almost 32M Health points and it dies pretty fast.

Yeah bro, that's actually pretty good. But the Guardian still has many ways to regenerate life and much more survivability. I'd stay with him :)
