Found your channel through your how to find stocks before they breakout video. Fantastic work. I created a watch list of 5 stocks after watching and 3 were nearly flat, 1 was up 5%, and 1 was up over 25% in a week. This is a great tutorial for using a screener, and i didn't realize how powerful this particular screener was. Typically I was using a combination of finvis and my brokers screening tools with mediocre almost random results. Keep up the great work. This may be the final piece of the puzzle I was searching for to take my trading to a level far beyond what I was previously achieving. Liked and subscribed no brainer.

Hey I quite liked the video as I didn’t know you can save the column setup separately from the filters as well. I find pretty frustrating there’s so many videos with tutorials telling me which filters people recommend but not a single video telling me in detail good strategies to decide when to enter, how to do the end to end research to decide to put a large sum o f money in a single position. Ideally I’d like to see this live or even in practise mode, do you have any tutorial available like this ? I’m quite new into this so would really appreciate the detail around the different strategies and what information sources to pick and signals, news , technical, fundamentals to look at before committing your hard earned money in a position. I’m interested to learn more of swing trading, penny stocks, breakouts, etc, not much about long term 100% safe, thanks and keep up the great content ! 👋🤓

Dude, there's literally a "Chart" button on the top ribbon...
The instructions are so well explained. Thank you! A question: how can I add the RSI, Stochastic, and MACD indicators to the lower half of the screen like what you have. For example, if I search AAPL, I see the AAPL stock chart, and when I click on "Full featured chart", I see the Stock Screener, Text Notes and other tabs on the lower part of the screen. If I click on the fx tab and add the indicators, they will show on the stock chart, instead of on a seperate box under the stock chart.

We all wanna know. Has anyone figured out the best TradingView scanner setup for the PowerX strategy. I’d love to support Markus and buy the Optimizer Software but it’s not in the cards for me right now financially.
Also, Why do we use the TOP losers? For wheel strategy, it is better for TOP gainers?
When selling put options, you want to collect as much premium as possible. And you will get more premium on stocks that are moving LOWER. If you want to sell calls, then you will get more premium on stocks that move higher. Making sense? 👍

In the past, I used it for narrowing down stocks for "The Wheel". But since November 2020 I have been using PowerX Optimizer for that.
The tab for [ Stock Screener ] went missing. I only have the [ Pine Editor ] , [ Strategy Tester ] and [ Trading Panel ] tabs. Any ideas?

Hi Marcus. Just curious, why don’t you build RSI > 50, Stochastic > 50 and MACD > MACD Signal directly into your screener? I see that these are all available.
Hi Cigir, for the PowerX Strategy I prefer to use the PowerX Optimizer for 3 reasons:
1.) Based on my testing (and lots of manual calculation), I found it more accurate.
2.) In addition to the entry it shows me my profit target, stop loss and position size and
3.) I see at a glance how well this stock has performed over the past year using the PowerX Strategy.

As far as I know, you can do that with the free version as well. Just select "Close Price is between High and Low of prev. day" That should work.
why you dont prefer candlestick
To me, they are confusing. Bars are easier to read for me. 👍

You could use it for day trading. I personally use it for swing trading. 👍
Does the screener work for premarket?
It does but we do not advice you to do it premarket since you want to be accurate.
i have tradingview and like a year later i discover they have gainers losers list....
any idea how to see the etf sector comparison ,,,i saw a chart (line chart) not candles that each etf had a color, or inside a certain etf, like xlf how can we see withing that sector witch institution inside e the xlf is strobger and weaker? thnaks for example friday xlf was weak but the weakest was wfc and gs. thanks

Hi Guido, yes, you can easily set this up in TradingView. I believe they even have a built-in scanner for this.

You might have to upgrade your TradingView subscription. I'm using the PRO subscription and I have real-time data and the scanner executes every 10 seconds. Take a look at the different subscription levels here: rockwelltrading.com/tradingview
