bruh I actually like this drama so much. I like how it's slow paced, but developing steadily. It's so solid in terms of plot and character. The characetrs feel so human. Many super power shows these days are so fast, stimulating and out of control in terms of world building that the stories don't feel human anymore. Loved wtaching it with you!

His powers have nothing to do with puberty or rising hormones. It's emotional. When he gets happy, sad, excited, upset, he can't control his powers and ends up floating. Some of this is explained in episode two. He can't control himself around her because he likes her and is happy next to the girl he has a crush on, that's all.
They don't lock you out if you're late. They close the gate as a symbolic gesture meaning any student who are left outside the gate are tardy, plus it's easy for the teacher to take a headcount of late students without one of them trying to slip past without receiving punishment.
The Disney+/Hulu subtitles aren't the best, in fact you don't get the fact that Hee-soo addresses Bong-seok in an informal way, which is unusual and a bit disrespectful for someone you've just met and you don't know if he's anymore older than you. Each educational institution has its own uniform, which you need to buy; Hee-soo knows that her father has financial problems and so she didn't want to buy the uniform so as not to burden his finances, who already didn't have enough money for the bus. In Asia in general, if you arrive late, they don't leave you out, but you are penalized by doing extra cleaning in the school, a school which, it must be remembered, has very long hours (excluding the various extra academies) compared to Western standards. Lee Kang-hoon is the class representative, therefore the person in charge of the class that has extra tasks. Yes, in Korea they collect cell phones before class (scene you should have already seen in All of Us are Dead for example). Kang-hoon and her teacher Choi Il-hwan referred to Hee-soo when they talked in the teacher's lounge about her having "skills." The story is set in 2018, in case you hadn't noticed. Yes, actress Han Hyo-joo is very young, she is 36 years old, only 11 years different from Lee Jeong-ha. Clearly she plays an older character and he plays a teenager. There's a reason they cast her in this role, and you'll find out later. However, I personally didn't give it any weight, she's perfectly credible in the role, they really look like mother and son, the chemistry is excellent. Lee Jeong-ha had to gain thirty kilos for the role of Bong-seok, which he lost immediately afterwards, in fact in the promotion he looks like a different person.
Yes!!! IMO this is easily the best K-drama in recent memory. It’s so good. Keeps getting better. The cast is absolutely amazing and I love the time spent on character development. Enjoy!
The specialness of this drama series begins to be revealed starting from episode 8. And episodes 8, 9 and 10, 11 are two different, interesting and beautiful stories. 9:46 I think he said "I speak a little korean" and subtitles say "where are my manners". Also 9:53 he said "don't u understand korean?" but subtitles say "I have to explain?". Throughout this series, the subs have been odd here and there. It doesn't really change the overall conversation but it's a bit annoying if u understand korean to some extent. Idk what the issue is tbh....... great series though

I started watching the show knowing nothing of it except for the fact tt Go Younjung is in it & that there are superpower abilities in the story. I was weirded out by how different the subtitles were because even Netflix isn't this bad (unless it's English CC), but I understand that it makes it easier for non-Korean speakers to understand better. It still omits so much that it's disappointing. Especially with that last part of the episode where they leave out '무언가 이상하다' making her internal monologue a bit pointless for international fans.

Wow stumbled on this by accident and whilst the characters act odd at times the characters draw you in, this is like what Heroes would have been if the East had done it instead of Hollywood ruining it... Characters and relationships always feel more real to me in eastern productions. Also with the politics in HW nowadays it's nice to have some good art to watch for once.

You should continue, bcoz its gets better, for me best episodes starts with the parents timeline. Especially huisoo's father story. I think most episode with this season is just introductory for each character not until episode 15 you will understand the plot. 😊

Is it really worth watching guys?? Cuz I’ve already watched 6-7 episodes and I found it very boring!
You should continue, bcoz its gets better, for me best episodes starts with the parents timeline. Especially huisoo's father story. I think most episode with this season is just introductory for each character not until episode 15 you will understand the plot. 😊
Thing only start getting interesting after ep 7, the story of how it all begin
