Food talks with no talks, just wanted to say I love your recipe for this crust. I'm using it now at my place the best results I've ever had thankyou very much for sharing
Hello my friend, thanks for your nice comment . Appreciate it. Yes this dough is becoming my go to dough and its great to freeze by the way . Have a great day :)
Yes! I love thin crust pizzas because not only can I taste the toppings more, but I can eat more, too! Your pizza dough looks amazing! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
I'm usually pressed for time. Can these spend the day in the small containers resting? How would you store them overnight? Looking for answers to both questions...Thank you
For a thin and crispy crust you should use the rolling pin, and if you want a more soft & fluffy crust, you'll stretch the dough by hand. We have a video on how we roll out pizza dough for the perfect thin and crispy crust: th-cam.com/video/PglfwTXmgOQ/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps!
Hello Max :) hahah interesting comment , our channels is supposed to be relaxing hence the sensual music :) By the way if you want to see the final pizza made with this dough be sure to check out our playlist called " Thin crust pizza series" we have many pizzas in this style and we also show how to roll them :)

hello, nice video, Thank you. Your dough has about 52 % Hydration, right? Does lower hydration mean crispier pizza?
Hi 👋it's actually about 59% if you add the olive oil.
@@FoodTalksCo thanks. my question was whether lower hydration makes the dough crispy
@@flugmeister2010 yes it does, also longer cook time, oil,and semolina help too
Is there an alternative to the honey to make it vegan?
Hello you can put a little sugar instead:)
Please stop your nonsense
Hi, What differences do you note the addition of olive oil in the dough makes to the end product of the pizza once cooked?
Hello Julian, The Oil helps the dough brown and become crispy especially because its cooking at a relatively lower temp. Hope this helps
@@FoodTalksCo thank you!
I'm thinking 7% oil must be the key. I usually see in the 1%-3% range. Looks great!
Do you roll that or stretch it?
For a thin and crispy crust you should use the rolling pin, and if you want a more soft & fluffy crust, you'll stretch the dough by hand. We have a video on how we roll out pizza dough for the perfect thin and crispy crust: th-cam.com/video/PglfwTXmgOQ/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps!
What do you mean GR?
Hello GR is gram
Hello can i use cornmeal instead of semolina?
I don't know GR please explain it.
Hello GR is gram
That’s great but we didn’t see the finished product.
Hello this video is only for the dough, check our channel for the pizza videos :)
That’s way more than 2g yeast
Not really
There was zero talking 😂😂
These look to turn into loaves of bread but never pizzas , sorry for the truth
Not for me and boring musick or what 🤮🤮🤮
Who measures in weight?
This video is weird...... a headless man. . . .sensual music......and no rolling of the dough?? I feel dirty.

We can do without the music and maybe some speaking would be nice. Not everybody weighs in grams either it would be nice if you put cups teaspoons
And no show of the baked bread?
