This overnight poolish for bread loaf gives a particular flavor provided by the long fermentation. This artisan bread recipe makes an extremely versatile bread with a thin and crispy crust.
Ingredients for poolish starter:
500g white bread flour
500g water (27C or room temperature)
0.4g (1/8 tsp) instant dried yeast
Ingredients for final dough:
500g white bread flour
250g water (41C)
21g fine salt
3g (¾ tsp) instant dried yeast
All the poolish (1000g) from recipe above

I've never understood why people who make these kinds of videos never show the bottom of the pizza crust. It is so crucial.
No offense but… this video could have been 20 seconds long
I don't mean to be negative but I hate the video's with music only. Couldn't you at least tell us what to do the next day how to thaw it or start it rising again? I know that is a dumb question but I don't know what to do when I take it out tomorrow. Room Temp before forming? Guess I will hope for another video. But thank you for your time.

This is NOT a neapolitan recipe. Just Salt and basil. no italian uses oregano
i have made this dough so often already, i love it, really good in case u decided in the morning to make pizza's. I used to make a 24 hour dough but sometimes i did not had time the evening before. So i found this dough, now i make this dough almost every time... it's fantastic. Nice structure, not a lot of kneeding/work. Very good taste and gluten development.

I ordered mine off Amazon / amazon prime was the seller and it came with missing part / peel maybe more as it had no rubber on the feet like yours does I did not check very much as it was sent back. And got one from Gozney now on the way both gray as its the color of our trex deck lol.

I noticed Anchovy Pizza uses Canned Anchovies. Just out of curiosity, is there an Anchovy Pizza that uses FRESHLY CAUGHT from the Ocean Anchovies? If so, how does the freshly caught taste differs from the canned ones? I heard the freshly caught ones are less salty than the canned ones.

I’m so confused. I was only able to make 3 250g balls with about 100g left over. How did you make 7 balls? I followed the measurements that are listed. Did you do a double batch?
Great combination, looks delicious. Pro Tip: Let the chicken cool completely before cutting next time. It will retain more moisture and be more tender. No need to use a knife either; tearing chunks will provide textural contrast.
