Dear Jen, thank you for this video! My medial elbow pain is due to cubital tunnel, I experience pain mostly when bending the elbow. I am trying to assess the problem with shoulder/neck exercises, nerve gliders and tensioners, but it is not really helping. What do you suggest?
If you think it could be nerve related, I really do recommend going to see a physical therapist in person. Always more important to get properly assess there!
So, I developed elbow pain after painting a hallway in my house a couple of months ago. However, it's the outside of my elbow, not inside. It only bothers me when I'm lifting things. 🤷♀️

My arm was bent back ward like an arm bar position. I can’t extend my arm all the way yet. Am I still try this
