@@thatmusicguy49 I’m 13 I bench 200 squat 295 and deadlift 325 some of my yt isn’t updated but you can see some of the more recent lifts. When I say strongest Ik I mean that i have know in person I’ve seen much crazier lifts tbh. Trying to hit 235/335/405 before my 14th birthday.

Powerlifting is fascinating how much to learn and how much goes into meet day. I deadlift conventional and its my best lift...but I keep pushing to be the best I can on all 3.
