That's exactly what is happening in my situation after wasting 2 decades with my ex I would always go back with him because I loved him so much & he knew it and took advantage of it when I finally left him go for good & I was still in love with him but I had to be strong & I stood single for 3 years changed my phone number deleted all my social media accounts & he could not get a hold of me until I healed & its been a year now ive been dating my new boyfriend who treats me sooooo good like a queen BOOM somehow my ex got my new number and started calling me Non-Stop I had to change my number again he tried talking a lot of crap to my new boyfriend!!🤦🏻♀️ Its true these narcissists never let go completely!!!🤦🏻♀️

I keep getting all these call’s 1 800 some with my area code and I wouldn’t answer them I thought it mite have been him. I don’t knw who it was, I have a block on my phone now they all stopped 👊🏽 I told him he can never come back.

It's funny how we, "the absued" now, have to take on or mimic their habits and characteristics to safeguard ourselves or new partners.
I get it. It's just funny because I am now , after 8 months in a new relationship, and I'm almost in a way hiding her from the creature that lurks in the shadows. All I can think about is, how am I any different than her?

My ex, who I assume is a narcissist (I am not a doctor and can not diagnose her), but I know what o felt, experienced, and saw.
In her mind, I'm the narcissist. I am doing all the things a narcissist would do. However, she doesn't understand why I'm doing those things. To her, it's deception when, in reality, it's privacy and protection for my new partner.
For me and my perspective; she did it all to be sneaky and deceptive.
Unfortunately, I don't know if there is a new supply. I don't check on her or her social media. I am assuming that if I did. Her new partner wouldn't be posted in photos or mention in messages. Because she's trying yo appear single for her new supply lines.
Your intentions are different, theirs are usually to be deceitful and yours seems to be from protection, big difference

I refuse to say "my narc" cause it says that they some how still are apart of your life but the ex narc in my life that I discarded believed I was dumb as fck but I wasn't, I was just playing dumb just to study her until she over played her hand by making fun of my mental illnesses and boy was sue shocked when I gave it to her good and if course the coward tried to run away from the convo, and because we have a long distance reship she tried to play the bada$$ but I wasn't having it. I ripped her a new one, I made her realize that this was not a dictatorship and I dumped her via convo. The most interesting part i I'm dating her crush and I had a crush on her crush long before I knew she existed, so I can't believe the type of narc injury she has now and I don't care one bit. She never cared about me when I tried my best to be faithful and love her. She doesnt deserve someone good cause all she does is hurt and ruin ppl.

Yep, she found out. I went to an ex and she started smearing me on her TH-cam channel saying calling me a narcissist calling me scumbag saying we both were toxic saying I was oh my God she just started going off on her TH-cam channel, but you know what I know she gotta keep that image as long as I have the facts she can talk all she want. I know what I went through with her and her six children behind them closed doorsand I’m happy and better now but when she found out, oh my God is she upset?

If the new person we are with treats us well, makes us happy and the relationship lasts, will the narcissist understand that he was the problem? Or if he will believe anything else, such as that we are pretending, even after several years?
I've moved on years ago and am married and my NPD ex recently told me I "am faking it," "my smile doesn't touch my insides," and "faking it is what's really toxic." Mind you, we don't talk at all, have zero contact directly or indirectly via a third party, and neither myself or my husband are on social media. He is literally pulling this out of his @ss. I realize that this is something he NEEDS to believe. So in my experience if they are truly personality disordered (not just some toxic traits), No, they don't understand. No, they are never the problem and yes even after many, many years have passed, in their deluded world you are faking it (even when they can't view you). Their fragile ego literally cannot consider anything different.
IAM speaking for myself when our daughter said she felt uncomfortable with who her mother was with at that moment I spoke on it after that she silenced our daughter and once she posted another source of supply on Facebook I literally stopped saying anything plus one of her sources liked one of my post on Facebook I deleted all my social media accounts nah IAM not getting involved with triangulation

Thank you so much for all your video content. This helped me so much after the break up from my narcissistic partner. I would have to ask you for a big favor. Maybe you can help me to get closure in my situation. I kicked my narcissistic partner out little bit over a month ago, he was acting weird, didn’t come home, drinking heavily the last month of the relationship and I assumed he was sleeping around with others. I went testing after another Person, confess having sex with him on a Facebook page my test results are positive when my ex picked up his stuff from my house. The new supply or one of the new supplies was with him and he said we was not more than roommates. It was never a committed relationship. What do you think how the new supply supplies feel about him having an STD?heads up we working for the government so they will contacted him. Is the narcissist mad about the new supply? Please help me to understand!
