In this game, the opposing Ashe was a bit of a bother with that turret spot.
One must thank our Hanzo, by name of EgiWev, whose sonic arrows shows why this here player tries to farm ult-charge, from that sneaky spot at 1:12.

Torb Rule Number 1

If the turret cannot kick the other team's arses, then use the turret to cover the arses of your own team. (Shorter version : If you can't kick their arses, then cover yours)
