Dear Gretchen…I’m struggling to watch your videos on TH-cam. You are so upbeat and encouraging and you give praise to God. This season is so challenging with wars, hurricane damage and the upcoming elections. I feel guilty enjoying miniatures. I hope to get back with you and the other crafters next year, Lord willing.

I can already see the dolls sitting around the radio of an evening, perfection! TV's werent actually the thing yet and people listened to radio plays and news and music at the time of your dollhouses, thats such an atmpspheric gift to get. I can picture them, and neighbours used to come too to listen. Imagine them listening to the Christmas broadcasts in the rooming house sitting room. It used to be a big thing for people as you no doubt know (I know your not as old as I am but I was kind of the first generation, born in 58 to have TVs in the home.)❤

I planned to watch this Thursday morning, but I got so busy that I didn't get to it Then I assumed OF COURSE I had watched the Wednesday video by Friday, but when I opened TH-cam tonight (Saturday), there was your Wednesday video, still unwatched. 😳 Our part of Tennessee didn't have problems from Helene- I've just been very busy. Anyway, I enjoyed seeing all your lovely gifts. You have some very sweet and generous fans. 🥰
I totally agree about the radio! That is exactly the one I would like to have. I have a simple version that is just a block of wood. I also think there is no such thing as too many Christmas trees.

I had to google what an investment diamond was because I've never heard of it. It says an investment diamond is a rare, high-quality diamond that is in high demand and has a strong resale market. I'm glad you are going to turn it into something you can wear.
Lovely things! The last piece... Is it a radio? If only it had a crank and a lifting lid, could be a 1919 victrola. Just saw one restored on TH-cam and the funnel speaker is behind the cloth grill.
Regarding the packaged toys, last Christmas I displayed some of these strewn across the bed with rolls of wrapping paper and a pair of scissors.
