I think the government is to be blamed here because they have imposed an obnoxious import duty on all vehicles. This is still less expensive because its an electric car. Imagine, this being a ICE one. Also, the current value of our currency is not so good as well.
Think before you speak. Firstly, its starting price is $42,450 in US. The price you are mentioning is after availing tax credit on EV's, no such thing exists in Pakistan. Secondly, he did not say that that's the actual price of the car because there's no official price given by the company yet. He was only guessing the price based on his calculations of taxation and duties that a company would have to pay for importing an EV in Pakistan. Thirdly, it's not car makers mistake for pricing the car this high because they don't have a choice. All car makers have to pay heavy taxes, custom duties, freight charges etc to import a car in Pakistan. So blame the government, not the car maker.
Because here you pay alll the texas once , there you your car is your responsibility, here no red light issue no parking issue ,, just drive and drive , and major thing in pakistan tax is collected on sale, there you pay tax on income😢
Great initiative by Hyundai. Electric is the future and globally Hyundai Kia group is doing surprisingly well in this segment. I'm glad that they are now considering bringing these here to Pakitan as well. Hopefully KIA follows suit and brings the EV6 and the new launched EV9 here as well.
Much appreciations for Hundai to taking bold steps in EV especially in Pakistani market. Looking forward to such elegant and innovate yet affordable vehicles.

Back looks like classic carreras which I have never found good looking, the silver bits feel cheap, only thing that looks nice in the rear are the led lights, front is much better looking.
Older viewers will recognise its a rip off of the SAAB the quirky Swedish turbo cars with spoilers and windows in Center and even used to have key in Center console.
