As soon as I saw it wasn't Is turning beyond the initial start, I wouldn't have wasted my time on anything except for immediately removing that carburetor. But you're thoroughness in systematicon proved yet again another high quality repair. Good job!
Good video. I too use non ethanol fuel with Sea Foam in all my outdoor power equipment. Never have carburetor problems even after sitting in the off season. Ethanol in fuel is nothing but trouble for small engine carburetors. Especially if the machine is not run for long periods of time. Your video like many others is proof of that. If non ethanol fuel is not available in your area, then before you empty your carburetor and fuel tank for storage, put a 50/50 mix of Sea Foam into what is left in your fuel tank and let the engine run long enough to get the mix into every part of the carburetor and then empty the carburetor bowl and fuel tank for storage. Thanks for another great repair video.
Good Afternoon! i Love watching your videos. got to love fuel with ethanol in it! i Always drain all gas out of the gas tank, fuel line, and carburetor of my snowblower in the springtime and in my ride on mower and weedwackers in the late fall. i also run them completely out of gas too.
I always put the bowl nut gasket in with the rest of the small parts so it doesn’t get lost and also so it plumps up a little to hopefully seal better on reassembly. If for some reason I’m not cleaning the carb in the ultrasonic then I treat the gasket with a little ATF/2-stroke fuel mix for the same reason. (Credit to Arch’s Garage for that tip.)

Disassembling the carb on the lift instead of the bench now? I don’t know about that, Don! 😂😉🔧👍
Still flat-rate way of thinking. And it works
Happy new year to you and family
Same to you

If the gasket sticks, it goes in the cleaner. If it's bad, it gets a new one.
