EGR Cleaning Triton L200 Strada

EGR Cleaning
Thing You Need
-Tools Socket Wrench
- safety goggle
- gloves
- screw Driver
- Diesel Gas
-Carb Cleaner
-Brush
-Cloth
1st step
- Remove Battery by removing first the Negative line
2nd step
- Remove EGR sensor
- EGR 6 Bolts
3rd
- Disassemble EGR
4th
- Clean EGR using Diesel Gas Carb Cleaner
-Soke EGR Valve atlist 3-5Min to soften carbon deposits
- After cleaning let it dry after using Carb Cleaner
NOTE : Clean EGR Motor with Dry Cloth Do Not wash EGR Motor it might destroy the Sensor
5th
- Reassemble EGR and install

What do you use to soak and clean the egr, and do you need any sealant when putting it back together?
