Awesome episode, never thought id see my old Faifeau on your podcast. But to learn so much more about Martin was awesome to hear. Martin truly turned my faith into something real - I grew up most of my life in NZ so the samoan language never rolled off my tongue as well as my friends and siblings! When Martin was serving at my Church(EFKS Napier) he would translates all his lauga into English so that I and many others would actually understand. Loves up from Canada.
Love the way you answered the question in regards to how God changes with the times and you corrected the interviewer that no God does not change, people do. Praying blessings and favor over you Rev as you continue on your calling. ❤🙌🙏
love this fa'amalo lava Rev Martin love your testimony your journey into the Ministry and your calling for the people and their Salvation, Amene uso alofa atu Rev missing our walks on Saturday morning up the Knob :)
Congratulations Pastor M Mariota - Great to see young pple become faifeaus we need them to spread the Gospel as Jesus commanded, the harvest is plenty but the workers are few. Let Holy Spirit of Jesus lead n guide you all the way, alofa aku
I enjoyed watching and hearing about Rev Martin and his journey to becoming a minister thanks for sharing your testimony, was nice to hear that even though the language barriers, being born in NZ you persevered and fulfilled your promise to your late grandfather 🙏🏾
People really don’t realise how much the Samoan church gives back to the people - when it’s weddings, funerals, hospital visits, etc. The system with Matafale: You reap what you sow. Sadly, the media portray the church like we don’t give thousands back to families during faalavelaves. Don’t get me wrong there is pride in giving, but stating the fact & positive that the Samoan church does for it members in return to their giving 🙏🏽❤️
Thankyou so much Rev. Martin Mariota for sharing your beautiful journey as a church Minister with all the listeners and followers of the Bluwave TV, especially the young ones, our youths. As you said you & faletua your lil family were settled but God has called yous to leave and go spread the Good News in Auckland at the EFKS Magele i Sisifo. And you're so correct and that's my wish too, EFKS needs more Rev. Ministers of your age who can speak/understand both Samoan/English very well, to lead or become a faifeau in every Congregations/Ekalesia right now, because our young ones, Samoan youths need more encouragement, the true teachings abt the Bible and the love of Jesus Christ! meaning new ideas for the young ones to enjoy and to keep them motivate in praise and worship instead of just going to church every Sunday or not at all because they find it nowadays church is boring and their devices is more important. And I think that's how EFKS Magele i Sisifo appointed you & faletua to be their leader for the sake of their children, the young ones, the youths, and good on them for making the right decision..... MANUIA TELE LE LUA GALUEGA AEMAISE O LE VALAAUINA REV. MARIOTA, E LEAI SE MEA E FAIGATA I LE ALII.🙏❤🙏
Steven setus keige really made well known Polynesians we love hate her so much. 🤣 such a shame to put down your own people. She really is those ones man. Disappointed and I feel sorry for her parents bringing up such an uneducated little girl thinking she knows everything. So sad.
Great episode. Thankyou Hana and Aiden and the Bluwave TV.💯
