I think this freedom of religion thing is nonsense. We in the west are established upon Christian values, and other religions should not be allowed to propagate here. Especially islam. Its just asking for trouble, as we clearly have experienced
that islamic guy does not even answer for simple question, when any other religion does mistake its a mistake, when that brainless guy is posted a same question towards his religion, he blabbers something, that's the problem lies. be roman in Rome. when u live in UK, respect Christianity first, all lives same, accept any mistakes from ur religion or go back to ur own country and blabber, nobody cares. U be here, worship ur belief, be happy, don't trouble others. If u voice for extremists, then u r one of them. Hinduism is by far oldest religion, see how we are, we just embrace people, learn from others. Hindu literatures told more than everything what u learn in ur life, that's why we spread peace and harmony. Christians respects and accepts any outsiders warmly and their beliefs too but in turn some islamic people voice favouring extremists is a problem.
Look at the question: _Is countering _*_extremism_*_ compatible with freedom of *religion*?_ If it already defined that there is a correlation with extremism and religion. Then that religion needs to be reformed to gone. Simple.

Stoning people isn't written in the Quran, it's in some ahadith and most people don't use it. LGBT isn't even specifically mentioned in the Quran as being a sin. (the story of Lot is often mentioned by opponents, but even that is not enough and clear evidence that that punishment was for gay people, it was actually for wanting to force themselves upon those guests and it was because people in that place were doing many other horrible deeds). Many laws of the sharia are not compatible with any writing in the Quran. Many places with sharia laws, don't even have the same, there are many differences between sharia in one country and sharia in another. They are man-made interpretations, often with faults and going against what Quran actually says. Being orthodox isn't even what Islam originally taught, it was in fact about taking the middle path, not being extreme and not being negligent. Also, most wrongs being committed in the name of Islam are both politically motivated and actually clearly not allowed from what the Quran says. Both Muslims and non-Muslims misuse or misunderstand Islam in many cases.
I'm not selling actually, never was commercially inclined btw. I'm showing a different side for the people willing to think and who aren't just interested in hating people for the sake of just hating them. Show me the verse of the quran which tells muslims to stone.
Making excuses is what you seem to be doing, not telling me which verses are claiming what you say. If it's that obvious, please show me. I always want to learn something new. Yes, also about Islam. I have a lot to learn still and so do you . . . Non-breeding gay people is actually the answer to our world today, we are growing in numbers on earth after all and experts say there will be serious food shortage everywhere. LGBT people are needed, they have love between people who can adopt children who need them and it will help the food shortage problem. And please stop callling gay people names. Some of the greatest people to ever live, were gay. Some of the nicest and kindest people I have ever met, are gay. Leave them alone, please.
Ksahdia Sure, I'm certainly no rocket scientist. Never claimed to be one either. But how am I making excuses? I cited the scriptures as requested. It's literally in there. Also you really don't think what I said about wasting resources has even the slightest ring of truth to it in the context I gave? Yes, I agree. I'm also 100% in favour of the rights of gay people to adopt children. And I also love the gays for the reason you pointed out; they don't leave any human garbage behind. Sadly, organised religion is standing in the way, forcing people to live a lie out of fear of ostracised from their communities or even being murdered simply for being who they are. While perpetuating the breeding process through intimidation. That's ironic, from where I'm standing it looks like I was defending homosexuality against religious bigotry here. No need to get offended on behalf of buttpirates; I was just satirizing the stance of Islam on gay people with some ironic colourful language. Just to add to that; the reason I will keep using these ''offensive'' terms is because I wholeheartedly reject PC culture. Making ''harmful'' words forbidden only makes them more powerful and people weaker. Context is really the only thing that matters imo.
Ksahdia I will also concede I tend to come off as snide, and my initial reaction to you was probably a bit too knee-jerk. It's just that the whole debate has become a bit tiring to me.
You cannot follow a religion without being “extremist.” It’s supposed to be the Word of God, so if you don’t follow it to the letter, you’re assuming a higher position than your own God, which doesn’t make you a moderate, but a non-follower.
I want to ask the migrants, how they will take, give and make the answer to their own integration, make it their own integration to work, and assimilate your in west? You all got the time. You have to do the work. Right or wrong? What are the price you have to pay? Crimes from radicals 25 %, What are you doing about your radicalism? The man has right, it is what you do, not what you say. What you do, thats are the problem. Your hands sits on your bodys, do you all have control over your bodys? Do your head sit on a other person? I think it would have been useful for the discussion if the term ‘extremism’ had been defined from the outset. Maybe that would have reduced the volume by a couple of notches and given the discussion a bit more direction.
Seems no onene can ever answer straight question 😂 zealots religion and zealots lol 😂😜
Interesting!
Now 4 years later according to the “beard length” topic, we heard in China “beards” of Uighur people are gone and not allowed to have 🤷🏻♂️
We still have decapitation in France we had Vienna and authorities “know” how many “extremely radicalised” people each country holds while trying to “integrate” 🤷🏻♂️
So good luck for the next 4 years...
TR.........real name...........British Hero
I think this freedom of religion thing is nonsense. We in the west are established upon Christian values, and other religions should not be allowed to propagate here. Especially islam. Its just asking for trouble, as we clearly have experienced
I lol'd when that pastor lady said she couldn't remember the punishment for gays in Leviticus 😂😂
that islamic guy does not even answer for simple question, when any other religion does mistake its a mistake, when that brainless guy is posted a same question towards his religion, he blabbers something, that's the problem lies. be roman in Rome. when u live in UK, respect Christianity first, all lives same, accept any mistakes from ur religion or go back to ur own country and blabber, nobody cares.
Tim is so right
well said that man
Look at the question:
_Is countering _*_extremism_*_ compatible with freedom of *religion*?_
If it already defined that there is a correlation with extremism and religion. Then that religion needs to be reformed to gone. Simple.
To know about Islam, everyone must study the life style of Muhammad...
You can go through David Wood, Christian Prince, Prophet Apostate and you will know the truth...
Thank you
Abu Troll al cockroachistan
Paedophiles love Mohamed some of them think grey are super handsome to children.
IF YOU JUST LET ME FINISH YOU MIGHT LEARN SOMTHING 🤣🤣 Douglas murray is classic
i just wont ask can you do tv program like this in a muslim country????
Religion should be a personal thing.
Muslims: No!!!
all i can say is to many lives have been lost in the name of religion and that is the problem end of...just go and live your happy lives and leave everybody alone to live there lives..
Theocracy or Democracy. You choose.
I am actually learning about how regimes work. Western powers are showing me that regimes speak rhetorically liberal, progressive etc to then legislate horror and crimes.
Everyone should be allowed to express their religious views but only to those that care.
When it's forced on those who couldn't give a shit it becomes a problem.
Exactly, youreyou're right ;)
Extremism has nothing to do with the ideology of religion. It is later corrupted interpretations. These corruptions can and should be fought. Freedom of speech should not affect any religion. Freedom to practise other religions. Freedom to live our lives without having to look over our shoulder. Extremism has to be stopped
Islam is the religion of Peace and Love
Every Prophet taught about Islam and 1 true God
Right from Prophet Adam
Prophet Ibrahim
Prophet Moses
Prophet Jesus
Prophet Mohammad
People change religion to suit themselves
O People Come to Islam
Come to 1 true God
And experience the Peace in your heart
what is the penalty for apostacy or homosexuality in the religion of peace and love?
It is the religion of hypocrisy and hate. There is no peace in Islam for people that don't want to follow the quran. It is an oppressive religion
Now we have the Lib-Dems and Labour party agreeing to criminalise someone for insulting someones "Perceived Muslimness".
Why are all these Christians and Muslims so upset about how things are in this dark, temporary existence? Soon enough they will be enjoying forever-lasting bliss, right? Why not show a little more patience? You can't expect to be a winner all the time. Just chill and soon you will be staring into The Father's shining eternal eyes (or something). That must surely be something to await, does it not?
people are determined to enforce their mythological beliefs on those that don't believe. why did they prosecute the woman who drowned her kids because gaaaawd told her to, since it was her conservative religious views. that's the problem with religion you can justify anything because it has no grounding in reality
it's so telling every time a Muslim is asked a hard question on this show, I dont think Ive ever witnessed one muslim answer honestly even ONE fucking time in any episode Ive ever watched.
"Fly planes into the twin towers." Still here in 2016 such a thought persists. Amazing.
So just because it happened in the past it doesn’t make it part of islamism? You still behead people and subjugate minorities in Islamic countries based on laws written 1400 yrs ago, so stop acting victim and face the hypocrisy. Islam is cancer and should be wiped out.
@@dwacts17apologetics54 So you've been told and the sad thing is you believe it. Looks like the mass media formulates your opinion. Good for you.
@@australiaprisonisland9156 nah man again stop playing victim.
@@dwacts17apologetics54 If Islam should be wiped out then so should Christianity and every other religion according to you.
@@australiaprisonisland9156 other religion don’t bomb and terrorise others only Islam do... I don’t see Hindus beheading people... I don’t see Christians should Allah Akbar and leave a building in frames. Only islam deserves to be abolished just like how slavery was abolished.
Christianity fastest growing in the east
It's only incompatible, if you believe that extremism is a legitimate part of your religion.
The most important question is does +Alex Botten think Douglas Murray is racist?
Who's the comedian who sat Peter Hitchens next to Kate Smurthwaite? LOL.
How's this even a debate?
13:34 i swear that hang on wait a minute sounded exactly like jimmy carr
and to think white Americans complain about mexicans!! lol!
Finaly a real expert the EOD man had seen the face of extremist terror not one of the others has any idea you had people in the audisnce who he recognised listen to him. stop listing to those that would deny and ditract and excuse any violent extreamist.
Nobody is buying what you're selling.
16:25 omg she has not knowledge, what a joke

You cannot follow a religion without being “extremist.” It’s supposed to be the Word of God, so if you don’t follow it to the letter, you’re assuming a higher position than your own God, which doesn’t make you a moderate, but a non-follower.
27:20 larry david behind home girl
And as usual the muhammedan does stepdancing.
who is this david cameron sounds like a real deal you know one of those that stays around when things get tough
Yes, how dare you point a finger at all the Muslims and accuse them for practicing their religion?
I want to ask the migrants, how they will take, give and make the answer to their own integration, make it their own integration to work, and assimilate your in west? You all got the time. Otherwise do you come from the problem free countries, and not only go to your homecountries, on holidays? I think, You have to answer that question. You are only watching. Looky, looky. Responsibility to not take a head of? It is your action, your action are very, very wrong. Whats the reason? God sees you. Personal responsability, not the families resposalbility.
