Hello I have a 2003 F250 4x4 and it's my first 4x4 ever. I live here in Las Vegas & im new to off road trails. Just wanted to tell you I appreciate your videos. If you have any other off road spots you would suggest for beginners? Thanks again 2 both of you
Were the pictures of the intact charcoal kilns from up in Ward, NV? We took a trip up to the Great Basin National park and detoured over to Ward to check out that bit of history; really cool!
I have a stock Tacoma off-road 4x4. So would it be capable of doing this trail? If I avoid willow peak road, are there any tight fits that would pose a problem for my truck? I actually had that problem last month when I off-roaded near mount Charleston where a trail only got narrower. So I had to back my way out of a bend that left my bumper cap hanging before doing a 15 point turn as well.
Hey, I just purchased a brand new Range Rover Defender, yes im insane to want to go on the trails with it, but why else own such an expensive off roading vehicle. loll Do you want to come up with me? I would be afraid to get lost and not know where to go. As well always better to off road in a group then alone.
Nevada Pinstripes. Or Colorado or Utah or Arizona or whatever state you happen to be offroading in. Get that plastic stick on sheet that all those expensive cars like Ferrari's get to protect their paint from rock chips only put it along the sides where bushes will scrape.

Hey love to hear it and don’t think you’re crazy at all! We tend to off-road alone because we love the feels of being by our selves but there’s some amazing and friendly off-roading groups out here, you should be able to find them with some google searches
Wheeler Pass isn't for people who don't want to scratch their $60k Jeeps. It's for folks who bought a $60k Jeep for it's purpose, off-raoding. The week I bought my GC Trailhawk I went up Wheeler just so I could be the first to scratch it up, before someone else in a parking lot or the dogs did. A trail thats fun but nerve racking is Carpenters Canyon. Never again lol.

Thank you Ric! We are just getting warmed up, more on the way!

We did this trail last winter. It looks completely different without snow. Have to go back again now that it's warm again.

Exactly! Great memory! Great basin national is one of our favorite places, so beautiful!

You should be good in a stock Tacoma especially if you stay on Wheeler Pass road!

Isn't that for dirt bikes and such?
Could I do it in my Atlas Cross Sport 4motion?
