@@ashtonowens4249 KTM is, 50+ hp out of the 250 sx and 300's stock. The yz250's aren't far behind. Carbureted 2 stroke engines have reached their peak. Now it's on to the tpi bikes.

Told my boss I had a 250, she tutted and told me she used to ride a 750.....I didn’t even bother to explain 😂
I do I rode a kx 100 and that thing has soooo much top end power the wheel lifted off the ground on the pavement without kicking the clutch.

Clutch should be being feathered to keep it in the power band all the time.

It's fine as long as the pilot jet isn't too lean. I've ridden 2 strokes all my life, never messed up a top end from coasting in gear a little.

Why does 2 stroke have low idle?
It's really not they idle a little faster than a 4 stroke if anything, it just sounds slower because of the exhaust note.

i have a 2001 YZ125 and a 1999 KX250. both rip. i have just as much fun with the 125 then the 250. why post a riding video if you dont go over 35??
