As the term implies, pressing the I and III buttons together clears out any pre-existing programs for all 3 buttons. The process works! It took several attempts before working on one of my 3 garage doors. I'm not sure why. I never altered from the instructions in the video suggesting the issue is/was with my garage door opener or with the car. No issue whatsoever with the video. Very succinct and clear. Thanks!

Then you extra step you added that most guides dont have using the car and garage opener allows the car to link with the garage door opener. So the cars gets a signal and if that signal is different from the actual remote as some people seem to have issues with will be connected directly with the garage door
Spent 20 Min reading the manual, trying it and then read the liftmaster website for another 20 min. Watched your video for 2 min and had it. Lexus/Liftmaster should hire you.

Looks very simple. One question before I proceed. I have 3 garage doors programmed and want to change only the II button. Does the initial step of pressing the I and III buttons to "clear it out" delete the prior garage door programming or will the I and III buttons still open the garage doors that they are now programmed to open. Thanks!
Good job, showing closeup view of mirror buttons and opener Learn button. But if you lost your remote then you need to get one to program! 👍 2 other videos from Lexus dealers weren’t as good as this one.

After reading the comments I went with this video as it was the shortest and yes it works, super simple instructions given easily as to follow along!
