Australian Magpie

Australian Magpies are one of the most common birds in Australia. In southern areas the species has a white back, while in the north the back is black. They feed on open ground alone, in pairs and often in small flocks and are incredible at digging up grubs after listening to their location. They can be very aggressive while breeding.
