I feel like why this is so Gen 3 heavy is because Gen 3 has so much brass going on and everything is so orchestra ready. Like, Gen 3's music is ready to be orchestrated and tbh I would love an entire album of just that. Gen 2 has a lot of Japanese folk music inspired tunes that don't translate as well to an orchestral score, but I would love a full rendition, Gen 1 has been done to bits, Gen 4, while given a good amount of time is really bass guitar heavy when it comes to impactful themes, Gen 5 needed more time, there were some good ones in there, and then for Gen 6, it's pretty much orchestrated straight up in the original OST and not just chiptune and old midi tracks. I definitely appreciate this whole symphony, though. It almost brought me to tears, thinking about all of the fun memories I've had with the franchise as a whole and how many friends and memories I've made along the way. Very well done!

Ok this entire thing is amazing, and I like all the Hoenn stuff, but I wish you had also done more with the other regional music just because it is ALL so good and you could do it justice! Although by far, if you ask me, is the Sinnoh stuff. Especially the Underground theme, which I have NEVER seen a remix done of besides yours. I hope you do more stuff like this, either of more regions or of Alola (or another medley like this!). You earned yourself a new subscriber. Both of your channels.

Everyone will have their opinion but i think many of us can agree, that while hoenn may not have been the greatest gen, it has the best and most nostalgia-inducing music (that transition from the intro to route 110 is just incredible). So just appreciate this for what it is, and thats a beautiful arrangement of music :)

i never realized the themes that i know and love as a kid ( 5-ish ) are Pokemon Themes cuz you know kids listen to a-lot of fun energetic music so this was a nostalgia trip and the perfect way to make me cry

God, I'm seeing some people criticize on the large amount of Hoenn tracks, but honestly, the amount of love and effort put on all of these tracks is astounding. The nostalgia I felt just from listening to this alone had me teary eyed, there's so much magic in this. Not to mention that I'm biased to 3rd gen since I have the most childhood memories with those games, so hearing the tracks from there had such a giddy smile on my face haha
This is so good! I'm a gen 3 nut myself so it's hard to complain about the music choices. Gen 2 and 5 probably deserved a bit more attention though haha
