What a lovely job 👍there aren’t many of these about, especially tractors. If you’ve not already got one , I hope you can find a suitable trailer for it . There doesn’t seem to be many period trailers in preservation which is such a shame.
I observe it says Dodge but the whole tractor looks very typical British - I assume it's a UK made model but was it limited to European markets only or were similar cabs sold in the North American markets? What kind of engine are we talking about? Anyway, that's a sweet truck and a big thumbs up for the restoration work!
Dodge was part of the Roots group and were truck assemblers in that era.The cab was a Motor Panels Vista cab , shared with Leyland Albion. Engines were mostly Perkins and sometimes Leyland and axles were often Eaton.
absolutely loving these videos, takes me back a long way,ill have to get to a meet for sure.
1960 with a 1967 plate.............................rare
Brian did a first class job on that Dodge.
I drove the rigid version back in the 60s, early 70s, noisy powerful machine
Awesome, very nice indeed !👍

The cabs were shared with Albion and Leyland..i think it was part of a deal all three made to keep costs down
