Man that’s actually dope. Glad he spoke on the transition of the unemployment phase cause it’s a real life experience due to people think , how you both said “it’s not linear”
@@TechTualChatter I’m actually in that phase now even with holding a few certs. I’m enrolled to finish my cyber security bachelors but I’m trying to network, set up consultations to see what I need to improve on going forward.
@@TechTualChatter sysadmin ultimately. I’d also like to learn other skills cause tech is always coming up with new threats and protection so I don’t want to stay so narrow I can’t adjust to what could happen.
I was just telling someone this just a couple of days ago...about career transitions not being linear. I'm working to pivot into Software Engineering and I'm not concered about taking a step back because my current role (support) doesn't pay a whole lot anyway lol...Still better than no job I know
@ so far it’s been good other then me having to take a break from payments for personal reasons. They’re very good and very attentive, you’ll get the help you’ll need in a blink of an eye.
Inspiring journey, Clyde! Aspiring to make a career shift into IOS development myself-mind sharing any key insights or tips from your transformative bootcamp experience?
Just to confirm, the name of the Bootcamp is called "Aprinty" (Correct me if I'm wrong) but also did the International Program change it's name to "TripleTen?"
Very nice story, but I gotta disagree with Bootcamp due to its pricing. It is expensive and there is no guarantee you’ll get picked. It’s fast paced so you DO need to keep up and have decent skills prior.
