Oh Crap! We cut Hay and it is Going to Rain

We harvest our first crop of alfalfa haylage and I show how it gets to the bunker with some up close views of the process.

They really are cool. It requires a front pto on the tractor. Ours is a Claas brand. In perfect conditions we can travel at 15 mph.

Hi, Bruce. Great video! Does your farm also put up dry hay later in the season? If so, do you use hay rakes and tedders then? You have a nice farm and top notch equipment! Six generations is a very long time! Your family should be very proud.
