The reason your items and guns gib out when you're that small is because the game is trying to render polygons that are so small it simply can't do it. So the polygons slide along each other trying to fit their shape and jiggle around instead. You'll notice the Medkit is completely vanished in some parts, because the game simply can't render it. This is also why there's a limit to how small you can go. At some point you're so small you can no longer be rendered, so you become invisible. I think there's a point after that where the renderer will just give up and break.

I have an idea zobie apocalypse mode it starts with 2 zombies that are strong as fuck and their goal is to turn everybody into zombies while the surviving dboys spawn in with a tranq gun to hold of the op zombies and their goal is to escape or nuke the world so basically either run which requires scavenged cards or activate that warhead that is inside the facility which makes thw d boys win the zombies are pretty much as strong as a peanut if not stronger but they have a slight movement speed debuff and d boys have a temperary movement speed buff that is on a cooldown which if used to much makes you slower than the zombies to simulate exhaustion
