Just an FYI. I said you can reborn Vortex off of Arc Pendulum's effect. You actually can't unless you first properly summon Vortex with a fusion card or effect.
Awesome concept! I run both dragon link, and odd-eyes, but never thought of combining them, will definitely give this a try! Hope to see more cooking like this in the future

you cant summone the Vortex with Arc-Dragon from GY cuz he was not summoned propperly
