U.S. law is essentially a "no consequences" situation. Every criminal knows it. If anything, it's a free ticket to a free EVERYTHING. Free food, free lawyers, free housing, free protection, free transportation, free communication, free clothing... etc.

And under President Reagan's orders, Arafat's group got escorted out by survivors of that unit, and relief units, before the Israelis could interdict them. I remember after the Iranian revolution, a few Iranian students at a Southern land-grant university decided to carry anti-American signs. They got set upon by a group of corn fed young American country boys. Two Army ROTC Cadets saw this, and rushed over, and began raining blows--on the assailants, for violating these people's rights. Where is this food truck? I hope that the good people who live in that area try their food and support this family!
Memphis,TN I believe
Street justice at its best by dad and the other guy. Well done gentlemen!!
His daddy stood on bidness and turned him into Freddie Krueger! Bless him!!
Bravo to the Father, That saved his Son.This Guy got exactly what was coming to him, A good old fashioned Butt kicking. And his Son, Would likely be going to therapy, Because of just what to happened him, Prayers to the Father and Son.🙏
He seems like a good kid bless his heart
Apparently he didn't follow Mike Tyson advice he didn't have a plan but the father did .
Everybody got a plan until they get punched in the mouth ‘Mike Tyson!
@@Adam-gm5tm He is living proof of this saying hahah Im sure he was thinking that on the ride to jail!
I once heard a saying "If you miss with mine, you're going to hell and I'm going to jail". Not quite the situation here, but dad pulled through for his son and I'm here for it. Anyone who puts their hands on a child deserves some street justice.
It’s a very fine line parents must walk. On one hand, our reactions are justified, and on the other, we don’t wanna catch a case where we could be taken away from our kids. Wouldn’t be such an issue if folks just MYOB and kept their hands to themselves!
Mess with mine. There will be a trial, but not for the bad guy. The dead vote for Joe Biden, but don't show up to court.
He will never forget that whoopen and he will always have that mugshot to remind him. Justice!
Thats nice of the kids Dad to give that man free face tattoos!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just a few sprigs of cilantro ..
Why his bond so low for hurting a child Jesus come Memphis Justice
U.S. law is essentially a "no consequences" situation. Every criminal knows it. If anything, it's a free ticket to a free EVERYTHING. Free food, free lawyers, free housing, free protection, free transportation, free communication, free clothing... etc.
@melissawilliams9061 he not a child he's a teen
@@sherryhannah498thats a child.
Memphis is the shethole of our state.
@@sherryhannah498 Being a child and being a teenager is not mutually exclusive.
That mugshot screams a lifetime of bad choices.
Man goes to food truck, and F's around - and finds out.
Good job Dad .
What a wacko to be harming a kid😢glad dad was there to protect him ❤
"Jumped in to intervene" = Delivered a historic beatdown
Great story here👍👍❤❤
Well, shame on the judge for the low bond. We should place our children at a much higher standard. Thankfully, he received some street justice before the police arrived. Bless that young man's heart for standing up for himself and his family for not unlocking the door. We all know where that was going.
9000 sounds way too low. 90,000. Sounds better leave him in jail for a few days until somebody comes up with some money.
really think this guy has 900.00?(10% for bondsman)? He looks like he would have trouble coming up with 90.00
@@richardreinhard8864 maybe not him but their is always someone that believes a sad story about being framed, or ........
Well, if he had managed to get inside the food truck, I suspect his face and hands would have felt the griddle and might have lost a few fingers. Especial de la dia !!!
It does sound low, except when you take into account that hes STILL in Jail.. bro dont have $9000. He might have 90c for all we know.
I know young kids can be frustrating at times but NO adult should EVER attack a child and harm them !
🤔 What did they smear all over his face? Oh 😆 their fists 😂
😂
🤣😂🤣
You are a brave kid. Your dad is a total badass.
Instead of arresting Mr. Fraser, they should have arrested and deported the Berclair family. Law enforcement did not do justice this time.
When a child abuser rolls into court looking like this yahoo, judges like me secretly smile. In my case, it’s not always so secret since I have to verify how it happened (police vs other source). As a 30 year military officer and a mom of 4, I’m ok with a parent or spouse handling their business as needed; there are limits to what we can do after all
Ma'am, when I was in the fleet, we had a saying, for a trouble-starter, regarding the duration and energy of his remedial intervention: "You better bring a lunch!"
This reminded me of that.
But I'll bet you never snitched on your fellow U.S. soldiers when they were caught abusing detainees. That kind of hypocrisy and "honor" system is all over the military.
@@mhoroky The unit I was supposed to get assigned to, got blown up by a follower of Arafat. And under President Reagan's orders, Arafat's group got escorted out by survivors of that unit, and relief units, before the Israelis could interdict them. So don't presume Americans are automatically abusive because of a few, or that we cover wrongdoing.
You have a bias and unfairly collectively classify all Military persons as abusive and lacking integrity. You need to review your own fairness.
@@mhorokyyou wouldn’t last a week in boot camp.
@@mightymystery9204 What do you mean by you better bring a lunch?
The young man is aware and learning his surroundings. I'm happy his dad was there.
Damn, dude looked like he's seasoned and almost became part of the Food Truck menu judging from his mugshot.
GOOD FOR THE DAD FOR PROTECTING HIS SON AGAINST THIS VIOLENT CREEP. I HOPE HE GOES TO JAIL FOR A LONG TIME.
So glad his Dad and his friend was there!! So sorry this kid had to experience violence!! That guy needs to be put behind bars a long time!!
And this is why the saying of "The customer is always right" is a load of crap. Idk if that guy was a disgruntled customer or he was trying to rob the food truck. But the instant he attacked that boy? He lost absolutely all rights to state his reason. As for the dad, all I'll say is
Excellent work sir! 👏
The saying in its entirety is correct. The hacked and misused version that you’re decrying is a load of crap. It’s supposed to be “In matters of taste the customer is always right.”
@@apexone5502lmao tastes can also be shit. OP said what they said
@@Dodo_Airlines clearly you don’t understand the concept of the saying. The concept is if you’re trying to sell to a customer, even if you know what they think looks great on themselves or what they think is great for themselves really isn’t great for them (regarding taste) at all, treat their tastes as correct in order to make the sale. No one is saying the customer’s taste is always on point. The whole concept is to sell to the customer even if their tastes are garbage. You should try to gain understanding of what’s being said before trying to correct someone.
Can you link any news stories of a white person robbing a food truck? No? Oh ok, crazy assumption then
Was that the saying I believe the father heard the saying is the customer only gets rights.
You need the left to hold him.
THAT is a father! God bless him! ❤
She said “busted, bruised and behind bars” 😂
That sent me

😂😂😂
Don't you just love alliteration?
She's not wrong.
You mess with a real Father's kids, and you have no guarantee of retaining your original shape. A good father will go to great lengths to protect his child from injustice. I've met men that literally had no clue what physical damage they were capable of until faced with the same situation.
What the hell? Attacking a child at a food truck? Attacking any child...Damn. I praise the boys father. Prayers for the boy and his whole family. It's a lot for them to process and over Christmas yet!
What if the child attacked him first?
@@ransom6892 Fraser's own mother and aunt say they warned the police that he was a danger to the community and that they had previously asked for help from the crisis center.
If that’s what happened.
@ransom According to the kid, the man was trying to stop him from closing and locking the door on the food truck. Don't blame the victims of a crime.

Dad to the rescue. Great job!
Seriously though, way to go Dad. Seems like you have a great son.
So glad this boy had a father right there with him! Theres too many crazies out there to be on your own.☯️
Everyone needs to be alert. This world is insane
the kid looks like such a cutie pie. glad dad protected him. hope the family can get him some therapy to deal with the trauma so it doesn't have a profound affect on him later.
Looks like dad gave that guy a nice life lesson!
Good thing dad was close by. I'm so sorry for the PTSD that this kid will have to deal with now when all he was doing was helping out with the family business. Just good that he got to see a bit of early justice handed out by dad though. I hope they all move on as quickly as possible 🙏
So happy you are ok, young man. Praise the Lord for your dad❤❤❤❤
He went to the food truck and got several knuckle sandwiches! Priceless!
😅😅😅
It’s sad that the person that was arrested was able to be recognized in a picture
God bless your dad and the other guy. That's how you take care of business. Glad you're alright
