For the 4th Digit: There are 6 screens all displaying messages: SOS, Crash Warning, Dead End, Error, Breaks Disabled, Danger Fill in the blanks from the poster, then look at what letter is given for that Word: s O s, da N ger, brakes disabl E d It spells out ONE, hence the number being the correct 4th Digit.
for the third one you add all of them together on the map based on how many stations there are and will get 36 add 3+6 = 9. and we know the map because the respective lines are colored blue red and yellow which unsuprisingly create purple orange and green when mixed with one another. hence the adding of each numbers or subtracting in purple's case.

It was like" i have eyes but i cant see, i have hands but cant count, i have numbers all over my face, what am I." After watching this a clock makes so much sense
If you know morse code, flashing lights are a way of conveying that with long and short flashes,which the red light is doing. So after recording what you see you translate the code back into numbers.
If anyone has any tips at all i coundnt find the fuse box to save my life *literally* i rejoined a million times i look next the the vending machine,under all the seats,under all the tables EVERWHERE. If anyone knows where to check let me know

It's a picture with a hotel which link into the poster in the first room promoting a hotel...with the focused number is 7
yeah I had no idea about that and the 2nd clue and just brute forced it, I knew 7 was first digit and 4 was third

Add the bamboos in both the purple and green pot, then subtract the ones in the yellow

no you just add and subtract the number of bamboo in each pot color so (3+3)-2+5

for clue 2 in the last room is right. You just have to count how many plants are in the pot(s), 6 + 5 = 11 - 2 = 9
