James, this is a Re-awakening, it's another step up from Awakening. Uryu's Letz Stil was also a Re-awakening, so if normal Bankai is like a 4 and Hollowfication is a 5, then a Secundo etapa or Letz Stil being a 6 is not that crazy. Also, keep in mind that this 6 we're seeing is from a literal BOSS battle in the story mode, the same way Shao Khan could kill you with just 2 hits in Mortal Kombat 9 as a BOSS, but if you unlock the character he's obviously nerfed, we really have to wait and see how Ulquiorra plays outside the story mode where as a BOSS fight, he'd obviously be difficult to beat. Edit: A full combo into a Fatal Blow in Mortal combat can literally deal 60% damage, so taking 6 lives is the equivalent of hitting a decent combo into a Supermove. There are even PERFECTs in these types of games, so taking the opponents entire 9 lives without being hit once should be possible in this game if you're really good. It's not a flaw, it's a great feature that has existed in these types of fighting games since the 90s.
The 6 shouldn´t be surprising at all, the OG Ichigo that we already saw gameplay took 5 in one go but if he used Reverse Action before he did it he would take 6 cause that Ichigo get´s a +1 after Reverse Action so idk why everyone is so surprised with the 6. They have also hintted multiple times at the possibility of taking all 9 in one go and it probably has something to do with the Spirit Drive mode so I really don´t see why people are getting surprised over the 6 I Also don´t understand how people are so confused about the Kenpachi stand, it literally says he takes damage anyway in the trailer
How the game works is pretty clear now. Base/Shikai - 2 Awakening/Bankai/Shikai (+1) - 3 Sublimation Mode (+1) - 4 Reawakening/hollification/Segunda etapa (+1 or 2 ?) - 5/6
keep in mind that, it could be some characters with different versions, for example ichigo soul society version (u can do bankai and get half masked by hollow) or hueco mundo version - bein already in bankai state, than u can put his mask on and than do a reawakening. And keep in mind, that was story mode, it can be different in 1v1 mode or smth like that

@JaymesHanson If you see this comment then I encourage you to make a video discussing it. We are NOT going to get as many characters as everyone predicts Rebirth of Souls to have. More specifically I have very good reason to believe we are NOT even going to get 40 characters. Let me explain: The new trailer revealed that the game will be released early 2025, and early 2025 would mean the first quarter which is up to March. I calculated the total number of character trailers that can be released up until Monday 31st March starting back from the first 3 character trailer reveals on 29th July and that would be a total number of 38 character trailers. HOWEVER it's safe to assume the game will be released before March 31st so we will be getting less than 38 character trailers. Using Sparking Zero as a reference, they had their full roster reveal trailer around 3 weeks before the release of the game and if RoS follows that then we are looking at even less character in total. Additionally, I know they are going to want to release DLC content, and because I believe they will make a sequel game that covers the TYBW arc if this game is successful, it wouldn't surprise me if they save some Vizards/Shinigami or even Arrancar/Espada characters for DLC. I have a strong feeling the Fullbring arc will probably be a DLC in and of itself but I don't see them splitting that into multiple DLCs but even if they do it wouldn't last long.
I’m just happy we’re getting a new bleach game next year because if it was released this year then it’d have to compete with sparking zero and then it’ll be downplayed and overlooked by the dragon ball fans because it’s the more popular anime that had its mangaka die so if it was released this year it’d probably not do well and as bleach is my favorite anime but dragon ball has more fans so I could wait till next year for this game
this only works of they dont drop multiple trailers on the same day. they started the character trailers with 3 characters and later on showcased ulquiorra and ichigo on the same day(ignoring the fact that they leaked ulquiorra early)
No lie, out of the Big 3 in gaming (Nintendo/PlayStation/Xbox), Xbox has always been the most similar to what BLEACH is in the Big 3 in anime (One Piece/Naruto/BLEACH). Both underrated, hated, and faced with plenty of controversy over the course of their respective brand existences. 😂 Plus, I found it interesting how Kubo and all of the BLEACH VA’s that played the game were all using Xbox controllers on Krew beInside. Personally, I’m still deciding if I’ll get Rebirth of Souls on my Xbox Series X or on my PS5. Hopefully, the game has crossplay.
I thing I noticed is that since they based the Ichigo model in the end of SS - Early Arrancar arc art style. It becomes too noticable when that model difference is used in scenes after those arcs. I kinda hope they made another model for an end of arracancar arc Ichigo model since people nowadays are already used to getting like multiple versions of goku and Naruto to reflect the art evolution or growth of those characters.
In not so many words ... "If it's not a 1:1 representation; I have issues with it" At least he admitted to knit-picking because the very next second with ichigo on the floor was torn clothes. I get what he saying and that the game needs battle damage (because that wasn't really a cutscene but a konpaku move) ... but chances of seeing that now when the game coming in 2025 ... let them cook man.
I'm pretty sure that's his speacial move and he used it on the player with full bars of health because he has his clothes on. If you rewatch the first scene it shows ichigo with ripped clothes and a whole in his chest
Them releasing 1 minute character trailers are like teasers, appetizers. You can't really expect them to show their entire move set can you, they want us to experience it by ourselves when it releases.
I think there's going to be two Ichigo, Soul Society with his Bankai and half-mask (like when he fought Byakuya), and then another Ichigo from the Arrancar Arc with his Bankai, then Hollow Mask and then Vasto Lorde transformation as a last resort.
White is a zanpakuto spirit, who cannot really fight the enemy in place of his master. That is actually Ichigo with his innate desire which has been building up until that point. The fight against Grimmjow sets up Ichigo as someone who has already embraced this side of him.
same reason he didn't talk to the Visored when they each took turns fighting him while he trained inside his inner world. White was fighting with Ichigo inside, but the hollow instance was what was controlling Ichigo's body outside not White.
If you watch one of the fights in the 35 minute gameplay, byakuya takes 3 and 6 in one of his games, theres 3 awakenings and you can take a max of 6 in the final awakening
- Globku actually did a great video breaking down the "Konpaku" system. Basically there are conditions that add an additional stock, those conditions include : Evolution : Spirit Break : Sublimation : Spirit Drive : Unique Conditions By Unique Conditions I'm referring to characters like Ichigo or Kenpachi who have bonuses build into their kit. Ichigo for example can take an additional Konpaku while using his Reverse action. - The title of this trailer is "Reawakening" which is an in game function, it's a 2nd Evolution, So far we have Uryu, Ulquiorra, and now a second Ichigo whose base form is Bankai. These 3 have reawakening and if we follow the rules above Reawakening should also add a stock meaning some characters may have the potential to take 7 stocks. If people wanna get into bleach I rather they read the manga if they don't wanna watch the anime because I doubt a max 12 maybe 20 hour campaign can cover 300 ish chapters but It does look GREAT the hueco Mundo shot is beautiful and sadly I'm pretty sure the ulqiorra va is different i could be wrong im excited though!
Try to Cut Me! Probably is a “Physical” Mechanic that reduces Damage significantly while powering up Zaraki’s Spiritual Gauge and or awakening. Don’t think it’ll work on Kido users

The cutscenes are good, my only criticism is that since they based the model for Ichigo in the End of SS arc- Early arrancar arc artstyle, It creates an uncanny feeling when that Ichigo model is now used in like the end of Hueco mundo arc scenes and it clashes with the models that are based on the newer artstyle. I hope they include an updated model for Ichigo in these scenes.
You do know what he did to do that 6 right? Plus you can see they weren't goong to show all the story as you can also see that the gameplay was Ichigo in his full outfit. I am not going yo defend a game that took forever to show one Espada. Yet i wouldn't be surprised if some characters have 6 to 7 or even a character that might can do 9 in the right situation. Again if you loom you can see the cut scene compared to the actual gameplay. You can see in a spot as you weren't even looking. You can see Ichigo's gear torn. As you just said "I don't like that." Why don't you go back to where Ichigo was about to transform. You can see his gear destroyed properly. That goes to show to me that one was gameplay and the other was a scene from the story. Meaning they recreated the scene with gameplay for censorship. Yet you can see the scene in the shot to show that in the story his gear will be destroyed. You can see the censorship though as you don't see the hole in his chest but still you can't have everything in the trailer. You have to keep people wanting to play the game as well. If you give the story away no one will play.

I have always teied to remane unbiased in the console wars aspect but in todays age, PlayStation is a massive money grab where xbox is transitioning to be the nost user friendly console. Personally my opinion as someone that owns borh is that the playstation sits arpund and collects dust until one of its anticipated exclusives come because those are literally the only thing playstation has going dor it nowadays Sorry if i overshared 😅

I love this form of marketing for all games and shows because it shows us all we need and not too much so it’s a surprise when you actually play
