I tried making homemade gianduja with a liqueur, making homemade hazelnut nutbutter is really tough on a small blender. White chocolate macadamia nutbutter does work, i just dont know what it goes with, probably a biscuit like this. The only other one that worked was when i dropped all pretence of trying to make a healthy Nutella and just threw more and more chocolate in the mix.
