This knowledge is actually utmost important to know before starting to study Arabic. I myself studied the first two books of the Medina Method with a teacher without any complementary books. Halfway through I wanted to test my knowledge in Arabic and that is when I found out what you are sharing now. I then started complementing the medina books with the Arabiya beyna yadayk series by myself. After finishing the second book of the medina method i decided to move over to the Arabiya series since it is a full program and thus focussing on all the aspects of the language. From my experience if you have no acces to the full syllabus of the medina method you should always chose Arabiya beyna yedeyk. You will learn all aspects of the language. And Allah knows best
To me, the ONLY ONE ISSUE regarding Madinah books is that AFTER 8 LESSONS there are taught maybe four verbs only which is inefficient cos they should teach at least 3 to 4 verbs per each lesson.
Most important thing is finding a teacher finish the series, stick to the teacher, have patience and finish of the book, Finishing the book / series lies the benefit
Not ONE of them but both for Arabic learners and I’m saying this as a learner from central Europe who had nothing to do ever with Arabic language. Right now I’ve got both of them and believe that they must be used both for effective learning.
I finished Madinah Bks (fr not understanding Arabic at all beside can read alQ) by watching Video Bro Asif fr Toronto Canada. Now Im at Bk 3 Baina yadaik. And I still feel that Madina Bk is the best + very structured. It goes thro grammar rules Lesson by Lesson. Beside the main text bk.. the writer provides .. Key Bks in English that explain details on Rules covered in each Lesson. While for Bayna Yadaik .. it goes straight into Texts & Conversation with difficult but usefull day to day Vocab while its explanations on Grammar Rules are very random.
Dear Respectful Scholar or Sir or sheikh You initially lost your point of view at Time stamp 9 :14 that Marina book primarily focus on grammar while other book yadak is having vocabulary as well Please tell me if language or linguistic lost grammar how would I talk if I have sea of vocabulary if I don't make a simple Sentence weather in Nounimal or verbal sentecnce Please Sheikh back the great contribution of Marina Book Authorand keep in put in brain and that theory that Arabic Authors can't learn Arabic to. Non Arabic And only the non Arabic will better learn to non Arabic I my self stands as witness Thanks akot
بارك الله فيكم I mentioned there are other books in the curriculum too which focus on vocab, speaking, comprehension etc. To make it a fair comparison please compare a curriculum to a curriculum and not a curriculum to a book. I know only one famous madinah book has been printed in english which makes everyone think it's the whole syllabus. That is completely wrong. Anyways, my conclusion is that it doesn't matter which curriculum you choose, as I've taught both. The main thing is that you start one with a teacher and finish it. Too many students waste time arguing about which curriculum is better and less time actually studying it. Wallahu Alam.

Good but then that becomes really long for a beginner learner.

Fair argument…but team Madinah دائما 🫢
I studied both alongside each other (2 day Medina 2 day Al Arrabiya):
Medina for new words and grammar
Al Arrabiya for practicality and conversation!

In Madinah students can also study these books outside such as in Al-Masjid An-Nabawi
