@@gizmothegreybird Is Bloob listening to other Indian Ring-necks or are we at the precifous of an epi-genetic phenomenon ? I've seen at least 4 different Peruvian Jet-packs online say "peeeekaboo" & "treat-treat" and "goodness" with the same tonal idiosynchricities and vocal inflections
It's truly amazing how Gizmo understands what Bloob's vocabulary entails, so he uses the words that his new little brother knows. This is sweeter than the best candy 🍭🍬 🐦 🦜❤

I know that Giz will teach Bloob new words, and will also learn how to react to what Bloob says --- besides that adorable tickle-tickle (to which I add "blue pickle"). Bloob's trying to communicate with "What are you doing," and Gizzy is paying very close attention. Thanks, Kyle and Emily, for sharing these unforgettable videos! You guys are the absolute best! 🥰❤️👍
Giz is trying to help Bloop with his vocabulary. Giz is kind. He hears Tickle Tickle and HI and responds like he’s training his sibling not MOM.

They are learning from each other. They are both very intelligent and adorable. Giz has more vocabulary but Bloob is learning. I can tell Giz really likes Bloob.

I used to foster birds for a local rescue, and our African Grey and one of our foster birds used to get into 'Pretty Bird' contests, each insisting that they were the 'Pretty bird!' 'Pretty, PRETTY bird!' It was a lot of fun!

Very cute. Birds get chatty at certain times of the day. Dawn and dusk where l live. It's guaranteed you can hear calls at that time. How fitting the birds spend a lot of time saying hello to one another

Charming. The level of conversation between them is surprisingly similar to the verbal reactions of people talking to babies, kittens and the like. The way these two are mimicing the humans around them is almost sarcastic, like they would prefer a conversation at their intelligence level.
