House Flipper 2: Trevor's Mansion Part 1

New property for Tuesday, Trevor's Mansion, a large property that will take us through this week and probably into next. In today's video, we start off by creating a mother-in-law suite for Grandma. It seems appropriate somehow. My mother's birthday would have been this week. Oh, and yes, we do get a quick visit from Matt and Merc.

The grandma apartment should have its own designated bathroom, and the ground floor area needs its own. The little kitchen needs another cabinet to look like a real kitchen, or it looks accidental. It also may work better on the opposite side by the door leading outside. The TV is hanging off the table. I think the bedroom by the first garage would have been for the butler. 🍫 for Merc. I'm looking forward to the next part.

I agree. Grandma's bathroom is separate, but I couldn't find another place to add one downstairs. Oh, and once I thought of the bedroom and bathroom as a private suite, it bothered me a whole lot less. 😀
