Hi Loretta, thanks for your interest. It's a rare event to hold an eagle, and better to leave them alone. If you are in the Utah area, we invite you to keep an eye on our site for information about when we release animals back to the wild.
What a beautiful young eagle! You are both such an amazing couple! What wonderful work you do for these birds! Warmest wishes to you both from Southern Maryland, Dianna
Hi i am from New Zealand , before man came along NZ was the land off the birds. It had the largest eagle to ever live. Now we have no eagles at all , luckily we do still have a native hawk. I absolutely love all birds . I have an Alexandrian female , she was an unwanted pet and did not want any interaction at all , 2 years later and she loves me , and trusts me 100 percent. I dont like caged birds , but figure that i may as well have a breed bird , as at least she will get the best life a caged bird will ever have with me. Her cage is massive , she has electric battery operated toys , her door is mostly always open , i work from home so she never gets lonely . I love your american eagles , they look fantastic and i think you are a great man , and your wife is a wonderful person , thank both of you for all you do. Cheers and the warmest regards from New Zealand ---- Grant

@@GowildlifeOrg That's seriously terrible. Although I'm not against guns whatsoever, there should be a stigma attached to those using animals for "sport" shooting. And shotgunning is devoid of any skill. That's pretty evil.
Its now been over a month, how is the eagle doing? Are you going to release the eagle soon and are you going to record it? Thanks so much for what you do.
Lead poisoning affects humans' cognitive ability and possibly emotional control. The birds couldn't make a living without fairly well functioning brains; has anyone tried to study the effect of the lead on their cognitive ability?
Once again you did a terrific rescue and saved a bald eagle's life. Thank you for all your incredible efforts.

Beautiful story. Wonder how that eagle got poisoned?
We can't be sure, but around here, Martin thinks most likely from target shooters who use rabbits as targets then leave the carcasses.
@@GowildlifeOrg That's seriously terrible. Although I'm not against guns whatsoever, there should be a stigma attached to those using animals for "sport" shooting. And shotgunning is devoid of any skill. That's pretty evil.
We just have to keep educating...some many not think anything of killing a rabbit, but don't realize how it affects things more broadly.
tremors are very uncomfortable in humans let alone in small animals can be really deadly.
Was this particular eagle released eventually??
Yes it was!
Its now been over a month, how is the eagle doing? Are you going to release the eagle soon and are you going to record it? Thanks so much for what you do.
Hi DWE, the eagle has been released! We will be publishing the video of the release tomorrow! Thanks for your interest, sorry for our delay in update.
If there is no business, there will be no harm. I hope that human beings will stop poaching🦅
how you can tell if they are male or female?
There are certain characteristics between male and female. Sometimes it's tricky to tell, takes a blood test to know for sure.
Lead poisoning affects humans' cognitive ability and possibly emotional control. The birds couldn't make a living without fairly well functioning brains; has anyone tried to study the effect of the lead on their cognitive ability?
Only birds that are 100% healthy are returned to the wild.
What makes a beautiful bird paralised??? HUMANS???
It's hard to know exactly, many possible issues.
