These are the type of people needed in nigeria to bring about transformation, but unfortunately just as he has rightly said nigerians are not willing to be patient as well as do anything that does not involve money.

Granted that the previous leaders had failed to deliver, does Nigeria need a law-graduate president before the political boat could remain un-rocked, before attaining a political culture, extirpating or deracinating all forms of payola?

I'm disappointed in the views of people like 'tlig' and 'jerry ade'. Eunan is very right, discussion at this level is for highly educated minds. I find the interview educative and straight to the point. 'tlig' and 'jerry ade' are obviously not learned enough to follow the prof's argument. 'jerry ade' should know that Soyinkas of this world don't rule, they talk. There are 100s of 1000s of profs and researchers in the US where Clintons, Obamas, Bushs, Reagans govern. So, keep to 9ja movies pls...

What do you mean? I merely asked a question. I happen to be Nigerian by the way and know quite a bit about the man.
