Thank you for this video! I am overly cautious as well and trying new unknown things is intimidating for me so I was relating to your initial hesitations. I have used Kratom for my pain and anxiety. I am a ginger and that does impact the way my body processes things. I only use the powder form that way I can control how much I use. I started out at 1/2 tsp and worked my way up by 1/2 tsp until I found what works for me (just under 1 Tablespoon). If I take too much/drink too quickly I start sweating and feel nauseous. Keep in mind that just like everything else in this world too much of or the misuse of a good thing can make it bad very quickly. Everybody’s body is different and requires/responds differently. My experience has been positive so far (been taking it on and off for about a years).
Starting taking kava kava, ashwanghanda, ginseng and other herbs 30+ years ago even tho indigenous people have for eons. Mother nature and the Lord know best.

Many studies suggest that kava consumption is linked to causing high LDL cholesterol. Can you shed some light on this? Thank you
My understanding is LDLs are linked to increased brain function
KAVA KAVA SUCKS !
