After light and shadow, other star guardians showed up and ended up getting beat, Xayah got to an even higher level of corruption and Rakan absorbed all of it, being overloaded he rushed Zoe to explode with her. In this video Xayah is in denial that Rakan is dead.
@MudLee she was very corrupted at the time which was messing with her head. Rakan cured her at the expense of his own life. She’s trying to see if there’s a way to bring him back/save him.

well technically.. The other SGs didnt show up.. It was Xayah and Rakan went to Valoran City.. MF showed up and Lux and their. teams.. when MF was hit by Zoe Paddling Star, Ahri and Neeko (Chameleon Girl) showed up and help... Then they had a little burst about how they left Xayah and Rakan to death, because ahri still knew they were alive.. then the boom.. Rakan is still alive though he's on the MV and its the current story in Wild Rift.. Zayah, Senna, Orianna, Seraphine finding Rakan..
So the characters and lore: Kai'Sa, main character with Akali (blue haired one, you got her right, she was at the start and in the mirror etc.) And then there is Xayah (other main character chasing Raken's feather, she has the red hair and fox-like ears) Raken sacrificed his life for her and Xayah is in denial, trying to hold on to him as much as she can. When the feather goes over the balcony, she is about to jump off the balcony in attempt to keep it when Seraphine (blonde) stops her. Akali and Kai'Sa are best friends and their friendship is getting harder ever since they became Star Guardians, since Akali thinks it's all Kai'Sa thinks about and that Kai'Sa doesn't care about her anymore. She also doesn't really believe in the main concept of the Star Guardians and just wants to enjoy her time with Kai'Sa being her friend. Akali thinks the Star Guardian role has caused Kai'Sa to sacrifice their friendship (the symbolism of Kai'Sa giving away the friendship bracelet charm in trade for the transformation while Akali's reflection shatters in the mirror 4:20-4:36) Also, side character, at 6:15-6:55, when K thinks Akali is reaching out for her and her vision focusses to see the green-haired girl. Well, that girl is Sona (she doesn't speak much at all) and in-game, Kai'Sa tries to make friends with her in a side story, which makes Akali jealous saying "Aw, but don't you want to hang out with me instead?" So sorry this is so long, and anyone correct me if I got a detail wrong. Loved the video

"who got winx club/sailor moon vibes" well the whole Star Guardian universe was based/inspired by Sailor Moon, Pretty Cure and Puella Magi Madoka Magica IIRC. edit: Xayah and Rakan are both bird type vastaya, they each have one wing.
So the girls on the roof with xayah is Seraphine, oriana, taliyah. While kaisa with the pink hair had ekko, sona, nilah and rell I believe? The blue haired girl is akali yes, and she isn't gone per say! The girl kaisa gives the part of her bracelet to is Lux :)
aight claimin quickly here, kai'sa and akali is a couple. one of the person working in the project claimed so. it's a canon guys. I think the reason would be that they always put each other first. kai'sa would sacrifice herself, vice-versa for akali. you'll know if you read the novel. akali was dissapointed and betrayed when kai'sa traded their bracelet for the star guardian position. she didn't want her to. she broke their promise (read the novel for more details). so yeah kai'sa even kissed the bracelet before giving it to lux so she prob did regret it but she did so to reunite with akali who's in the dark side. another cool detail if you notice, when lux was exchanging the 'star' for the pink flower bracelet, the star was in half, hinting that the other broken half might be owned by akali. they need to be combined.
Personally I still think it’s still up to interpretation on their relationship, but I wouldn’t mind if they were friends or lovers. I just see it as kinda ambiguous. You can still do the stuff they do and be best friends, y’ know?
@@sakurahirawa I think its along these lines as well, we likely know which way it'll prob go but yeah I'm pretty sure in one of the previous star guardian cinematics, one of the longer ones that has Akali in it, she says something about " some best friend you are" or something along those lines, i will check and report my findings, but league has like what 2 actual couples? Senna + Lucian and Xayah + Rakan, if I'm forgetting any other confirmed couples let me know but ima edit after a quick search. The reason why Xayah (The girl with the ears) has a small part of her wing coloured similar to her partner is because he healed her and gave a part of himself to prevent her from getting fully corrupted. Since she couldn't let go of the past, the darkness chased her and trapped her (it's like us humans become engulfed by depression). The feather led her to her friends (Might be Rakan's doing to lead her to the right path) and when she finally accepted it and let out all of her anguish and tears Xayah's darkness within her disappeared. Which is why her colours on her feathers/clothing/hair/eyes became a lighter shade :) fun that you liked the song! You'll get more answers when the cinematic comes out soon in late July! The graphics will be even better so stay tuned for that! :D (They think he's dead because he healed her when he was wounded in their latest fight with a corrupted/evil Star Guardian and then sacrificed himself to stop the chaos with the help of his friends) But she still believes he might be alive.
Akali didnt want her or kaisa to be star guardians. she pretty much works alone. They were younger when xayah and rakan and zoe were fighting the other guardians. Kaisa almsot died in the collateral and after rakan sacrificed himself and xayah was purified, Ahri and her remaining team went looking for rakan hoping he is alive somewhere. Lux offered to make kaisa a star guardian captain of her own team, xayah joined up with some other guardians to help look for rakan. Akali became a star guardian so she could protect kaisa but didnt want to be one.
So the thing is that xayah and rakan were both killed and resurrected as corrupted guardians but eventually rakan took xayah’s corruption into himself and purified xayah but became fully evil himself so he’s not dead. The whole thing between kaisa and akali is that I guess akali likes to work from shadow and do her own thing. She has a light side and a dark side to her that’s why she doesn’t look completely evil

you got many characters right ^^ tho the bue haired girl with senna, Seraphine and Xayah was Orianna and yes Akali and Rakan where solo at the end because Rakan sacrificed himself for Xayah and Akali doesn´t believe that the star guardians are a good thing, she distrust the first star because all starguardians are ment to die and only cities in which star guardians live are attacked and involved in tragedie, Akali became a star guardian because Kai´sa her best friend became one dispate akali begging her not to do so because all star guardians will die at some point it is their destiny but Kai´sa wants to protect the people and therefor Akali while distrusting the first star became a star guardian but works alone for the most time looking for the answer if star guardians are really the good guys or if the first star lies to them
Lux is basically passing the torch of being the leader of her star guardian squad, and she decided to give it to Kai’sa, and her new group of star guardians. Akali was upset because she Believe that she was gonna be the new leader and it caused the rift in their friendship. Now the other story if you saw from light and shadow Xayah and Rakan, we’re both corrupted and xayah kept allowing the corruption to consume her. That was until Ahri came to save them, sadly Rakan kept siphoning xayahs corruption and because of that it is believed that it ended up killing him while saving her. Apparently the idea of the song is about letting go and is about these two stories of these two individuals chasing memories and showing how difficult it is to let them go. More of the story is going to be revealed across the event with many believing Rakan is still alive but fully corrupted.

you got many characters right ^^ tho the bue haired girl with senna, Seraphine and Xayah was Orianna and yes Akali and Rakan where solo at the end because Rakan sacrificed himself for Xayah and Akali doesn´t believe that the star guardians are a good thing, she distrust the first star because all starguardians are ment to die and only cities in which star guardians live are attacked and involved in tragedie, Akali became a star guardian because Kai´sa her best friend became one dispate akali begging her not to do so because all star guardians will die at some point it is their destiny but Kai´sa wants to protect the people and therefor Akali while distrusting the first star became a star guardian but works alone for the most time looking for the answer if star guardians are really the good guys or if the first star lies to them

Lux is basically passing the torch of being the leader of her star guardian squad, and she decided to give it to Kai’sa, and her new group of star guardians. Akali was upset because she Believe that she was gonna be the new leader and it caused the rift in their friendship.
Now the other story if you saw from light and shadow Xayah and Rakan, we’re both corrupted and xayah kept allowing the corruption to consume her. That was until Ahri came to save them, sadly Rakan kept siphoning xayahs corruption and because of that it is believed that it ended up killing him while saving her. Apparently the idea of the song is about letting go and is about these two stories of these two individuals chasing memories and showing how difficult it is to let them go. More of the story is going to be revealed across the event with many believing Rakan is still alive but fully corrupted.
