- Last time I melted these spray cans was about 3 years ago and as I have a heap building up I thought why not clear some space and make an awesome bar. I also melted last weeks Nordic Gold offcuts and made an awesome golden flat skull. So sit back relax and checkout todays video and have a happy safe weekend😁👍

HOW I MIRROR FINISH A BAR
I start with an 80 grit flap disc on my angle grinder then I use my drill with 50 mm round sanding discs . I start with 150 grit then go through the following Grits 240-400-800 Then once I get to the following Grits I use a small squirt of WD-40 1200-1500-2000-2500-3000. The WD40 helps to lubricate the discs and stops the sanding disk binding up with the metal powder . Then after that I use my buffer wheel on my bench grinder to get a perfect mirrored finish on it.

Today's videos pretty simple and I haven't done this in over three years so thought I would get rid of the empty spray cans that have been building up. I also re-melt last week's Nordic gold offcuts so 2 pieces to add to the stack today and I absolutely love both of them. Awesome video! From the small Nordic Gold cutoff melt to the trippy trip down the dust collection tube. I was a bit surprised by how big the aluminum bar was considering how thin the aluminum cans were. Your clown called in back-up I see! The melting shack is starting to look like one of my favorite movies - Killer Klowns from Outer Space!

Hey D! Lately I've noticed when you pour aluminum the bars don't seem to have the big indents after freezing. They've been coming out quite nicely. Any idea what the difference is? The flat Nordic gold skull came out great also. Have a nice week and I'll see you on the next one. 💙✌️
Ingot is not that "chubby" for a frenchie. Was outside with my 13 dogs when Ingot started whining, and all 13 started howling like wolves at the moon.
