I don't know why you say the battle against illegal foreigners has been lost when people have been bullying them on social media and speaking against illegal foreigners at every given chance on many social media platforms , and the Police and the Labour department has been mobilized against them as well. Of all the issues in this country , illegal foreigners are the easier targets.

There will always be a gap between security entities because in SA everyone wants to be a king of his castle. Sharing and development is a fear by many who think they will loose out if the work together or someone will climb the lader faster so all work in silos and limit the ability to succeed in the dealing with any matter.

Management positions should be treated like a sergeons appointment they need to have 90% pass for the appointment. I doubt out Sergeons have that but in layman terms who would you want cutting you open a 90% or a 30% achiever.
No person should be elevated to manage until they have the skill and understanding of what management entails.
