Reflection 45 is a deeper and stronger scent compared to Reflection Man. On me projection seems comparable but overall longevity of the extrait is longer lasting by 2-3 hours.
Epic woman is my favourite Amouage. I am a man and adore it. The spicy, incensey and rose core is beautifully done. The rose and peppery-ness reminds me of Moschino Toyboy.
Just wanna say Chris, I’ve been around since you started your channel and it’s come a far way! Congrats on that! And i agree about Interlude 53. It’s not as “unpalatable” as the OG.
I love Reflection Man and i would def sample Reflection 45 when i get a chance but for some reason i'm very curious about Epic 56 Woman since you mentioned it's spicy and leaning on the masculine side, i have Epic Man and it's one of my fav amouages...Great review Chris as usual i enjoy your videos a lot..Stay Safe!
Hi Chris. I’m going for wedding next week and in my country is very hot about 30 degrees every day, so is ok to use Reflection 45 for this kind of weather? Thanks
Quite the most outstanding presentation and as you say anybody will be proud to have those atomises on their fragrance shelf. Interesting to find out the different nuances of these new releases.
hi Chris i'd like to know your opinion on orto parisi line and particoularly Bergamask. the perfumer of the line is Alessandro Gualtieri ,the same of nasomatto ,he describes orto parisi as a more intimate line to honor body like animalic smells and he does that in a very artistic way in my opinion.
It always pisses me off when brands release an extrait fragrance only in a 100ml size... it'll outlive ME, ffs. Why not do a 50ml (or even a 30ml which some brands thankfully do) so we don't have to sell another kidney to have anywhere near a chance of affording their fragrance.
Reflection Man was my first niche love. I was very skeptical about niche before that. I thought they were all snobbish products with nothing special about them.
What I got from this video is that the extrait de Parfum is less nuclear than the Eau de Parfum. My question is why would you spend twice the price to get a fragrance that performs worse? I worry is fragheads get a little obsessed with “quality” and “concentration” rather than real life performance.
I agree. I would suggest you try them for yourself though mate - Interlude 53 knocks it out of the park for me. It's everything I wanted the original to be.
Too pricey for the perceived differences it seems (I'll stick to my original Reflection Man). In perfumery it doesn't seem to matter about the concentration... Terre D'Hermes EDT is one of my strongest frags. Go figure.
Strength in Oils , IMO Performance is a Must , but Place & Time / Elements Atmosphere, Don't wanna be that person that Walks into the Air conditioning office space with a Reaper of a Smell that cycles in there for Hours later ,open Air Best for Pepe Le Péu , 😳Elevator / Lifts for you Brits / Shell Shock is often a Rude Entrance 🤣
It's always interesting to me how these fragrances marketed towards women can still work for men. Glad I have learned that marketing means shit. If you like it, wear it.
🤦♂️ all fragrances have between 5-15% water content in the perfume alcohol... even fuel and lubricating oils have a certain percentage of water dissolved in them! There's processes called microextraction or capillary gas chromatography is used to measure the water content in oils and alcohols.... maybe try reading a book!!
@@fakereality3792 you are embarrassing yourself my friend. Water and oil are immiscible that is true, but upon the addition of alcohol all three liquids become miscible and dissolve.

Hey Chris, enjoyed this & thanks for the update on Reflection 45. Sounds nice with more orris present, would def like to try it. Take care.
So for 100 more bucks you get 2 to 3 more hours!.....
Thx for the update mate
@@terrysmiles8599 for $100 more you also get a different fragrance that to me is much better than Reflection Man.
@@tsanegrete agreed, much more masculine, less powdery

Absolutely - one of Amouages best
I'm wearing epic 56 now...i just love this fragrance! Fresh spicy with a little bit of sweetness. last more than 8hours on me..totally worth it 🤩
It's sooo good
Best kan, nak try buat sendiri, tak tau jadi ke tak
i got interlude 53 and is awesome like it more than the eau de parfum
Thank you for introducing me to Reflection. Smells so Elegant. So far it’s my favorite from Amouage and I’m looking forward to try the new one.
Big fan of Amouage. I think original Interlude is by far the best. I bet these are above and beyond amazing .
We need a Fate Man 67. If they want to re-do all of Christopher Chong's work in stronger concentrations I'm all in.

Thanks Romario. Your support is appreciated!
Great first impressions video and I enjoyed it and can you do full reviews when you test them out and have a blessed day
I LOVE Reflection Man, like, the most ever
I was hoping to get someone's take on Reflection 45! Interesting that they put it in the purple atomizer. Appreciate this Chris. 💜
Perhaps the purple is a nod to the iris.
@@The_Babbling_Brooks That's what I was thinkin'...
Love the original Epic for women, Cecile is a rockstar!
That travel set is now officially on my radar, great presentation
Thank you Chris for this video!

If I have Interlude and Interlude Black Iris, 53 is a must have?

Great video Chris and what a gorgeous little set there ,all good things and all that👌
Cheers Scott 👍🏻
Interlude, Interlude black iris or Interlude 53??
So far I havent found one of this house that I like. Hope they're good. 🙏
Very nice Chris!
These are all extraits de parfum, what about the original Honour man?

Great review 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great video 🙂🙂🙂🙂 how many fragrances do u have 🙂🙂👍👍
great video Chris, great as always! like your little jokes inbetween i have to say :)

Hey Chris to you have OVERTURE MAN? If so, where does it rank in your Amouage collection?
Definitely top 3!
Are the travel spray bottles refillable?
They actually are… :-) you can remove the bottom part of the leather sleeve and unscrew the glass bottle that is inside.
@@salmonrenaud Ah thanks for clearing that up Renaud 👍🏻

You are right! I oversprayed terre d Hermes edt and my daughter was complaining I also thought it was just a pleasant easy smell but it true was crazy
Very interesting
