Funny thing about that “Strongest Male Companion and Weakest Female Companion” thing is that it’s actually true. Barring the avatar character (who can be any class and stat line) every male Origin character (Astarion, Gale and Wyll as a Rogue, Wizard and Warlock respectively) have Strength as a dump stat at 8 points. Meanwhile the two physically oriented classes of Fighter and Barbarian are Lae’zel and Karlach with Strength as a focus point at 17 points. Shadowheart is a Cleric who nevertheless has a base Strength stat of 13.
I think Larian wanted the cliche of big strong fighter man and kind but weak cleric girl flipped on it's head. Now we got bisexual mage Gale and badass cinnamon roll Karlach
Hey Wrath, I know this may sounded off-topic, but I think the low likes on your reaction video, must be the people who are still mad about Resident Evil 4 Remake, or Marvel's Spider-man 2 not getting an GOTY award, which instead give it to Baldur's Gate 3.
