Proper attire, no tattoos, no piercings, no political statements, no hidden agenda. Solid, pure, classic, harmonious music, solid professionals, enjoying each other and each doing what they do best like no other.
Totally agree with you! It’s the best!!👏
@@paulsherling5376 I was young when the original Corina Corina was released and being a semi muscian hadn't watch this until today...I always went to the original Corina artist, this is to die for, Thank you Eric Clapton and all at Lincoln Kennedy center, I will never forget it as long as I live, Katrina...
January 2023. 85 and confined behind a walker but I’m reliving my dancing days with this version. Love you Taj,Eric, Wynton and LCJO. Thanks for giving me some of my youth back- if only
In my mind.
En febrero 2023, tengo 67 años. No he bailado esa música, pero me encanta. Yo también estoy confinada por artrosis degenerativa, pero el señor Clapton me da alegría
We know that Eric, Winton and Taj are the renowned acts here, but damn this band is awesome, everyone is on point and brilliant. This whole concert is awesome - love it
"brilliant" is exactly what they are. :). Watching and hearing this is so uplifting.

Not normally a jazz/blues fan but really enjoyed this
I'm 81 and have lost all hearing in my left ear - and the highs are pretty much gone in the right one.
But my brain fills in what I can't actually hear and Wyton and Eric and the whole gang makes life worth living - they are amazing and give me a lift like nothing else!
Bless you soul! You still have that!
SOUL.......
It is your ATTITUDE that helps you to see things in a positive way, get this positive lift and therefore still enjoy life ! Hallelujah to you !!
I’m 81, and boy! I was digging this joyous, gorgeous pumping of a good ole song!! I was ackcherly trying to play along, on guitar, and getting some of it okay. BTW, for musicians this is being played in the key of A (Clapton favourite) and that is unusual for horns and clarinet. A bit more difficult for trumpet, but this one is a maestro! 🙏🏻
80 here and this blows through me as if I were 21, incredible!
A very, very nice blend of Jazz, Dixieland and Blues
A little bit of blues, a little bit of soul, a lot of great vibes. This is the best version of this song I've ever heard! Side note: Taj Mahal is one of my favorite artists of all time.
This is fabulous. The original Red Nichols from 1930 is still my favorite.
Love the way Eric just merges into this and enjoys Winton’s trumpet jokes !
This music is what makes us believe the world is ok
Everybody's just groovin along having a great old time .I love it !!
Wish I could explain why this is spectacularly amazing and heartening to the depth of the soul, but I can’t.
Man ,You just can't help but chill and enjoy these guys music .Just great !
Clapton and traditional jazz...I always hoped this would happen someday, and now.... Here it is, simply simply great!!
let only music rule the world dudes, let it sound just this good & we are in paradise, you are trully suuuuper great guys, never stop believe in
You can keep all that pop music. Jazz is just on another level. Superb.
Rich H. Jazz and classical music is a complete other level!
Though a lot of jazz is impenetrable and far too serious. I love this.
So great
The distance is flabbergasting.

...staggering. To collect such a group of virtuosos, all revelling in each others qualities, gelling so completely... quite something.
I'll lol
WOW, I've died and the Lord is welcoming me home, hallelujah!
Clapton is in heaven playing with these guys
This is so fine...I could listen to this all night long...then again, all day tomorrow.
Everyone is brilliant. I can listen it again and again.
I have seen winston marsalis in japan myself this one is wonderfull😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Winston Marsalis sorry❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Some times it happens when eat your favorite food, when you hear that special car sound, when you watch that girl walk, and then there's times like this. There are no words.
one word: GREAT !!! I could watch this for hours...
Well done with this great song. 👍🏻
Hi Joanne💐💐
It must be so good to have someone love you. No matter how crazy you are…what a feeling that must be..
Thank you Taj Mahal thank you Eric Clapton ) wynton marsalis
THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN SITTING AND LISTENING TO THIS MUSIC AND GETTING GOOSEBUMPS WHEN THE REALLY GOOD GUYS PLAY............WHICH IN THIS CASE IS ALL OF THEM......WHAT A RUSH,,,GREAT MUSIC HUGE TALENT..........
Oh so beautiful listening 7 of Jan 2023. The best musos ever.
What to say? Almost 10 minutes of pure enjoyment. Well done everyone!
Wynton's (both brothers really)led/ lead the tightest band I have ever been privileged to have seen/heard. Me thinks the JVC Jazz festival (in NYC) was still going when this clip was shot. Shame great music like this doesn't enjoy more wide spread popularity in America-its homegrown! First recorded in 1928 by Bo Carter.
Wow! Super band, super music!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
I love you eric forever.❤😊marsalis i see in japan😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
RIP Mr Ellis Maralis ..thanks for instilling the jazz in your sons🤩
And Mr/Ms Clapton
What a legacy!
La musica te da paz y te alegra el corazon, Viva la musica
This is the best version of the song that I consider good
Just when you thought things couldn't get any better........
Hi Jackie💐💐
Any time you feel down, just come on back and play it again
Well said and true
Jawoll!
Today, I felt like suicide, then I decided to have some lunch with a glass of home made wine and play this track, and oh boy it changed my mind, isn't great to be alive! Thank you Marsalis et Clapton!
Life needs your contribution. Someone needs your help. Look around. Please be well.
@@redsfanstan2012 So true Yvonne. Fun stuff. There is so much to appreciate
Suicide is not an option! That's why I drink wine and listen to some fiercely wicked music that you don't hear on your local radio station. Live is is to good to pass all this by, however sad you may feel, the light is not at the end of the tunnel, it's right here in front of you. Enjoy!
Hi Yvonne! Hope life is good to you...hang in there...the best is yet to come
It's good I didn't watch this whole thing, I would HAVE killed myself.. way too long.. when even the tambourine guy had a solo.. that's too much.. why not add someone doing tap dance while you're at it?
They're all so talented. It's just a pleasure to listen to so much very gifted Musicians.
I ain't got nothing bad to say. It's all good. These guys know their shit!!!
THIS JAZZ GROUP REALLY HAS THE GROOVE! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL! MUSIC TO DIE FOR FOR SURE. MANY THANKS FROM CANADA.
Due to the minstrel connotations for about 90 years no self-respecting black man would be seen ded playing a banjo. Yet it is an instrument originating in Africa. Than you Wynton Marsalis for bringing it back with a vengeance.
Wonderful!! What fun!! What a fantastic group of musicians!
What a performance. Title should include Taj Mahal. All the players and the camaraderie is a joy! All the solos were wonderful! I esp enjoyed the banjo solo before upright bass solo the very best!
What a Grand Group of Musicmen.. This time with ‘Corina, Corina’ with Tai Mahal and Eric Clapton Wow🌺❣️🌺💃🎶🌷🌹💥👌
Hi Olga💐💐

Just thank you. Tomorrow is the 6th university of my youngest son's death and I need this to get through it.
Sorry for your loss. I'm glad you can find some solace in music. This is great music to take your mind to gentler fields.
You Tube is awesome. I just stumbled on this video and I'm sure glad I did. I'm all over You Tube everyday (and for too long) and new discovers such as this makes for a real treat. I grew up with the transitor radio and buying records which was cool, but having You Tube at your fingertips is incredible.
Could not break away with such great musicians playing and singing one of my old time favorite songs and could not help but get goose bumps when Eric played his guitar - so cool!
I AM FROM ARGENTINA FANATIC OF THE MUSIC THAT THE BLACKS MAKE IS THE BEST Wynton Marsalis IN A GENIOLES I WANT WITH ALL MY SOUL IN IF ALL I LOVE THEM I NEVER GET TIRED OF LISTENING TO THEM !!!!
The best concert ❤❤❤
Chris Stanton Playing the keyboards, I can listen to him everyday
I love this! Everyone just playing the tune and having a good time. No grandstanding or showing off. Nice!
I love that other guy that smiling and playing the banjo next to Waylon

Special people special music.
I miei complimenti

Clapton has always been in the Blues modal... searching and digging in the grass roots of the delta blues.. in the process he has paid tribute to Robert Johnson and other black founders of the blues..perhaps that’s why he ended up with this collaboration with Marsalis, a great Jazz musician always proud of the black contribution to the american Jazz as we know it today..
So many great solos.
on sent l'amour de la bonne Musique !!!!!!!
Wynton Marsalis (trumpet), Eric Clapton (guitar, vocal), Dan Nimmer (piano), Carlos Henriquez (bass), Ali Jackson (drums), Marcus Printup (trumpet), Victor Goines (clarinet), Chris Crenshaw (trombone, vocals), Don Vappie (banjo), Chris Stainton (keyboard). Taj Mahal is the vocalist.

I loves Taj Mahal. He has a long history that goes all the way back to the late '60s! He rocks it!
Love this arrangement.......New Orleans SOUND........Wynton & Eric at your best!!!

Wynton rocks! Just getting into his playing!
Just Brilliant. What a bunch of magician. Absolute JOY. xxx
doesn't get any deeper than the taj; he is, without question, one of america's national treasures...
Had this CD for years, and always loved it. Now that EC's done b*tching about covid, I feel I can start relistening to some of his best. And this is some of my favorite.
I like it a lot, jazz and blues have been my companions for some time now. I would like many more Brazilians to understand this language and speak this way with their instruments.
Just FANTASTIC out of this WoRld
