You are incorrect. The rule you can’t use isn’t stomp, it’s the rule that adds ap -2 to stomps.
I really don’t know what the point of ToW is if competitive doesn’t include infantry blocks. It looks like you’re playing AoS.

A reroll into a 6 is still a natural 6 since the die itself shows a 6, an unnatural 6 would be if you rolled a 5 with a +1 bonus :)
