And most Fatui underlings seem to actually prefer their leaders being at least somewhat nice to them (they complain about Scaramouch's rude/intimidating attitude, their reaction to Childe's speeches, they were pleasently suprised when they thought the Doctor (it was one of his segments) was smiling and chatting etc.) That strongly hints that Capitano is actually NOT always cold in canon :D At least to people on his side. He also seems to value honor and sticking to ideals, so my best guess is, he is gonna be the "gentleman type".
Pierro is that one friend who honestly is more of a mother figure to everyone than he is a friend by now but is also extremely irresponsible ( he has work ) that if you were to actually be their child you'd be taken away in the first month by CPS 💀
I'd like to think that Columbina didn't care about this whole impression thing and just straight up savouring the marshmallow taste, andd yet, she's the only one who got the whole thing right.
Seeing this now I'm pretty sure Capitano is sure to be a great guy. Cyno was one of the if not the most anticipated character who was thought to be a cold character. Yet he now has his reputation for saying unfunny dad jokes. Who knows? Maybe capitano would be laughing at unfunny jokes too
He has a reputation of being honorable and respected in the fatui and a popular boss amongst subordinates, it’s already implied he’s pretty decent compare to other harbingers

This is not a leak from reliable leakers, it's just a theory based on Commedia Dell'arte and the names of the characters that are taken for the Harbingers from there, but the Harbingers themselves either have nothing to do with characters from comedy like Childe or are complete opposites like Dottore, who in comedy just guy who can do nothing but say abstruse things that he doesn't understand himself to sound smart, but in genshin Dottore the smartest person and very good scientist, doctor.
