It's no secret Malcom Jamal Warner is difficult to work with. He thinks just because he's got 8 years of The Cosby Show under his belt, he's some kind of sitcom expert? No. No you're not Malcom Jamal Warner. You still have a lot to learn about the entertainment business. Even Bill Cosby himself will tell you this. For example the Malcom & Eddie show. Eddie Griffin is going along with the crew and writers to make a funny show. If you're the only one demanding re-writes because you don't like the direction the show is going. Then you Malcom Jamal Warner are the odd man out. Malcom Jamal Warner you are the problem. Not the solution. Many tv actors are late to show up for work and have shenanigans going on. But they still get the job done. In the entertainment business that's all that counts. The fact you're blaming Eddie Griffin and the writers for your shortcomings is just plain weak. Malcom you're the reason why the show never made it to 100 episodes. You're the reason why you can't get movie work. You're the reason you can't get a decent tv show. You're difficult to work with period. Malcom: 6 movies total 5 of them just small side characters. 1 movie as a lead role. Eddie: 51 movies total many of which he's either a lead or supporting character. Those are the facts.
I bet Eddie did not follow the script. Neither guy wanted to be on that show and the results show that. UPN let their show run because they needed content for their startup network. Most of the network startups began with black shows because black people watched more tv on averaged than other demographics. They would start with black shows until they gained traction and then would jettison them when they no longer needed them. That's why Malcolm and Eddie made it to 88 episodes in the first place.
Eddie acted like he had bad nerves he was loud and anoying and wouldent stop he needed to slow down you could see he was hipper as hell as far as the producers go it's there show they can write what they want two black kids should of Ben glad to of Ben on that show I'm a black woman do you know how many of us blacks would of loved to be on that show doing that show but Eddie was working my nerves and I only had to see him on TV. I met Malcom in des Moines IA
On Mr. Malcolm Jamal Warner's terms
use to be a fan of Eddie but he be on some other shit on the internet now
bro I still cannot get into Malcolm and Eddie but it’s in tubi if y’all wanna watch it.
There won't be many people hurrying over there to watch it. I agree it wasn't a very good show.
Eddie seemed like he’s a problem.
Eddie wasn't selling out
Haaaaaaaaa never knew the show. Wow.
He saying Eddie was a sellout
Be surprised a comedian is trying to be funny bruh. This is the same network that seriously put Homeboys In Outer Space on the air. What was he expecting?
Result -Warner keeps getting job opportunities, Eddie, not so much.
Eddie is hosting a prime time, celebrity magic competition series on network television right now.
@@modernretroradio993 It's on The CW I think it's called Magic With The Stars which comes on Saturday nights.
@@larrymarshall8900 Yep!
Eddie Griffin is not an “actor”. He still does shows as a comedian.
@@fuhyou3223 I copied the following from his Wikipedia page:- "Edward Rubin Griffin is an American comedian and actor."
You can look at Eddie griffin and TELL,SUMN KINDA OFF WITH THE GUY...SOOOOOO,were not shocked at all..s/o to theo
White writers, White network, what do really expect, I'm on the side of Malcolm that black sitcoms need to protay a position out look on things
Nothing new here. It was public knowledge they beefed. They tried, but it just didn't mix.
Eddie went on to become a star until he crashed that car in Redline, MJW the homie but idk. Eddie was a big deal back then moreso than him, though I respect him
They used this concept for the Wayne's bros
Malcolm is a talented actor but he is delusional if he thinks we look at him as a comedic actor let alone in the same level of comedy as Eddie. Eddie is damn near a comedic genius he is hilarious but Malcolm just ain't he was on the breakfast club trying to crack jokes last week sounding dry as hell 🤔🤦🏾♂️
richard pryor v bill cosby
weed blunt v tobacco blunt
I figured August was Gay whn he was on Big Brother dressed like Tweety Bird
That's dumb as hell to sign up for a JOB acting, making a lot of money, then turn around and try to tell other people what to do because their show doesn't portray the outlook that YOU want, thus causing the people that hired you to pull the plug😵 Dave Chappell said it best in his skit when he played Rick James stomping his muddy boots in Charlie Murphy's couch and got beat up😂😂😂😂👍
They sell you on one thing and then pull the okey doke.
This is a problem with my black I want to talk down about either person but Eddie Griffin is funnier start up old boy from The Bill Cosby show me forget his name two young black man coming up in the world with male egos and can't work together I don't understand are black people working together that's what it all comes down to we need to break this cycle and got to do better working together more now than ever. 💯 FACTS
Eddie is ignorant
Never watched it
You didn't miss anything.
Lil tinyan had problems
Brah why we still talkin about this? This was 20years ago. Nobody cares
Only watched cuz of Eddie. Malcolm was kinda corn-ballish. Only liked Warner as Theo.
Eddie just not tv material
You could tell they never got along. It came off on camera. And it really wasn't a good show,IMO. Being from KC, I SOOOO wanted it to be.
They all OVER Pluto now tho. SHEESH!
Well-lack of talent-there IS that…. Watch old Cosby shows. Malcolm Jamal Warner has the acting skills of Raj on “What’s Happening”.
Warner was boring af which make sense a dry ass Cosby humor I'm not surprised
